The flat was superb - almost brand new - extremely comfortable,spacious, warm and well equipped. It was cleaned daily - there was nothing for us to do. We even had a patio area complete with the usual furniture, which we used for a relaxing drink at the end of each day.

We could not fault this flat! - The rooms were immaculately clean and were beautifully furnished. The owner of the hotel provided excellent customer service and was extremely helpful (even to the extent of coming out on his motorbike to guide us to the suites when we were "slightly lost") about all aspects of our stay in Istanbul. Children can't wait to go back for a second visit. Would highly recommend it!!!

Nice breakfast at the terrace - though the terrace is in another hotel (5 min walk) which was weird.

Don't know from where i should start. Everything and I mean everthing was more than excellent. I booked 7 nights and extend my stay 4 nights more, check in in less than a minute, staff very helpful with big smile and all of them speak english, they will do their maximum to help u and some times help to get taxi, their efferot is really apprciated.

We (my wife and I along with our 19 years old daughter and 3 chldren, 11, 9 and 4) stayed from 18 to 23 Aug. 2013 at this wonderful hotel. All of us enjoyed the stay. The location was perfect. Close to Galata Tower and Istiklal street. The decoration and ameneties in the room were excellent.
