  I've really enjoyed the stay in this hotel, one of the best and still new (just opened in mid Dec) ...The staff are very friendly despite the fact I had one small problem with one of the team but he apologized immediately as well as the Manager . Great effort and deserve every penny and very close from aya sofia and top kappi and heart of the old ... what people say » city . small and simple >>>I like these kind of hotels and for sure if coming to Istanbul again alone or with family will stay in this hotel - The staff were courteous and very welcoming. This was like a breath of fresh air as I had experienced difficulty with another hotel called best Nobel And Nobel hotel so was beginning to think Istanbul was not good for solo female travellers!!! I have booked again for 6 nights in February so I can fully experience the hotel's fine hospitality

  Everything was excellent. Our host was very polite, he was helping us from the beginning with bringing our suitcases (we were 5 girls so it was not easy to carry all our staff:)), everything what we asked him, he was explaining and double checking afterwards to give us more information. On the last day, he even let us stay in the apartment till ou... what people say » r departure time free of charge. The apartment itself is very comfortable for 5 people, centrally located (near shopping street, great bars and clubs) - The hotel was in very good location. The stuff was very kind, Murat, the owner, was very helpful, give us all needed information. We stayed 5 persons in two bedroom apartment, and the apartment was very comfortable, clean. It is great for young people, close to istikal street, taksim, all good location to see and visit. We definetly would stay in this hotel.
