My friend and I stayed one night here as we wanted to be close to the airport and had already spent a few night in the central touristy area of Istanbul. We were so so impressed with the friendly personal service we received! It was really really over the top for such a cheap place to stay. To be honest when we first turned up it was hard for the taxi driver to find the place, and then the big locked security gates also made us worry, but once we were let inside and met the staff and were .

Mr. Thomas and Mr. Jimmy were very hospitable and welcoming... Though it was a stay for a night but they made it pleasant. Low prices and very nice and kind personel always ready to help.Had a wonderful stay here, Jimmy and his staff were all lovely and really went the extra mile, including cooking my friend and I a lovely (and very reasonably priced) tea. Would definitely recommend this place to other travellers wanting to stay somewhere that is off the beaten track. Hotel/pension staff was very nice and available for anty kind of services. Hotel room even not providing you with luxury (waht was not requested for such small money) was clean and prepared. Owner of the hotel was extermely nice, informing us about Istanbul adavnatages and historicval points. In the morning after stay in hotel he was providing us with drive to the bus staion near by and directiing us to the airport. . The staff and the hostel was full of character. we were welcomed and looked after well. A lot of different shops and markets (bought a lot of things). Good location in terms of traveling to seaside or to Europe side. - friendly staff and honest - good for the low price. This hotel is not far away from airport Sabiha Gökçen/ The master of hotel looks like Woody Allen ;), he speak English very well. We drank the wonderfull evening tea there. The boy from this hotel helped to get us to the bus stop and take a bus in an airport. Thanks him o lot!. The staff are very nice to us and try to accommodate us as much as they could. Nice people, breakfast was good. Polite staff and owner. only yhe position near the sea, and easy to go away from Istanbul. The owner of hotel. nothing. There was a slight cigaret smell. the breakfast is slightly poor and needs to be improved. just 2 piece of cheese and one slice of butter with one type of bread. Not close to the center. language barrier. The building is old but personel cares about cleaning. The taxi driver had difficulty finding the hotel, I would suggest printing out a map to show them.Only negatiive poiint I can point out: location - hidden and realy complicated to find. . for us the only problem was that it was difficult to find!. Stuff there don't now English and the teracce closes at 10:30 P.M. so there is no way to sit there and drink something outside of the room number. Breakfests are pretty poor. - no to be use if you plan to visit the center of istanbul - sabiha gokcen still far from there. Getting to the hotel is possible only on a taxi! The rooms of hotel is very poor and they are intended for Spartan character to life. Our plane fly at 10:25 but we were not able to get the prepaid breakfast in 7.30 and even boiled water for coffe! Not recommended for the guests of arriving in Istanbul Ataturk Airport!. unfortunately the location is not what tourist is looking for. It is far from everything even restaurant and it is a housing area with full of apartments. we stayed there hoping that it is close to Sabiha Gokcen but it is not really the case. Old facalities, not so clean. A lot of mosquitos and no mosquito net. Old building. Needs renovation. everything, no shields,no towels, no breakfast in the morning,no pay with card, it seems that will come the goasts. Price and serviсe, rooms and the hotel need improvments,the repair.the discribtion of hotel onsite conflict between the reality. the location is impossibile to arrive and the staff don`t speak english. The room is sales, the bathroom was old dirty unpresentable. I fled.
