Location was amazing. You cant beat it. The hotel is perfect for its price. The staff was excellent and the rooms were comfortable which for me is a big deal because I am usually picky.The spa was also very good.

They do not refresh the coffee station after the first day which I thought was weird. I never experienced that before and I travel a lot. The beds could have been better but again I am picky.

nice hotel..staff need to be more friendly..but in all is ok. nice room..could be just a little bigger for families....great breakfast....I was wondering why this a 4 star hotel!! should be a 5 star hotel.

The location is spectacular, staff are very kind and professional. Breakfast is very good. Housekeeping is fantastic.

Furniture is huge in size comparing to the size of a room for 2 persons.

The staff in this hotel are very professional and supportive. The hotel is located less then a 5 min walk from istiklal st. and the metro station that will take you to the main attraction of the city. the breakfast is nice and with a wide variety of choices. rooms are roomy and clean. overall do not hesitate in choosing this hotel. I know it will be my first choice the next time i come to Istanbul

The rooms were comfortable, clean and very modern. Great location. The breakfast was awesome with good choices. The staff was very professional and helpful. The café on the main floor was excellent and the staff were very friendly and efficient. This is a great hotel.

The restaurant was not good. Service was poor, food quality did not meet our expectations. The atmosphere was nice but there are improvements needed here.

Gym available early in the day. Located across the street from Havatas buses to airport. Short walk to subway. A lot of restaurants nearby catering to tourists. Very clean and modern rooms. Quiet. Excellent breakfast buffet with something for everyone.

Great location, very good value for money with bfast and internet included, solid bfast choice, good internet, no outside noise, room as a hotel room kind of should be = solid

The check in process and agent were fast and efficient. They were able to communicate clearly in our language. The concierge was excellent, she really made our stay. Rooms are neat and comfortable and in a great location. Would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others.

This hotel is rich in facilities and it is located in strategic location close to Taksim medayn and yet away little from noisy areas with takism district. Breakfast is really super good, fresh, very rich and delicious.

Pricey compared to similar hotels and relatively small rooms which really we did'nt like.

Very much liked the hotel. Its very new. There is a great spa and a gym. The rooms are awesome and the breakfast was spectacular.

Rooms were great and clean. Breakfast at the hotel was really good and filling. Istiklal avenue is very close to the hotel which is a great advantage. A good hotel to discover the other areas of Istanbul besides Sultanhamet.

Location is amazing! Just on the right spot where all the fun is. You just say the hotel name to any taxi in the city and they'll take you directly to the hotel. Aside from the location is staff who are very eager to help.

Its pricey a bit! Besides the hotel is very strict toward the checkout timing. You can stay only up to 1300 hrs. A minute after that is charged automatically with €30. Other than that, I would definitely stay there again.

I spent 7 nights with my family there and really like almost everything :) professional staff with excellent English very helful and provide all guidance, very comfortable and clean family room, excellent and rich breakfast buffet very nice and quiet indoor swimming pool with jazzuzi. Bottom line I would choose Taksim city hotel again and again

The hotel staff, service, room and locations is exllent. It is at Taksim square and clogs the the metro. It is a modern hotel and the restaurants are good
