Very good value for money hotel.

The location is bad, and strange enough the most area of the wellness center is for men only as the conservative owners does not allow women's in this area. Not understandable in a city like Istanbul.

1. I think i have been charged twice for the same stay. I asked the front-desk that my stay was already charged to my Card, but they still charged my room on my co-traveler's card, which i need to check now thoroughly with the Hotel Staff. Even last time, a charge of 12 TRY was taken from my card, but which being a small amount, i didnt contest.

Lobby staff and reception are nice and cooperative , good selection of breakfast items , I stayed in this hotel several times. Every time they make sure that I am satisfied

Well the hotel rooms are comfy and the staff are really helpful. i would like everyone to look for Ms. Tuba she is extremely supportive. the stuff in general are nice and they help and do there best to help the residents. the hotel is very close to a tram station that is 200 meters away. the tram station will take you to sultanahmet tourist area. there is a close by Mall that you will reach it for 7 liras only by taxi and thats Forum Mall. there is Vialand that you can get there by Taxi for 15 Liras only. you can goto Osmanbey for 25 Liras and to the Airport for 35 Liras. is the place convenient yes it is as you will be away from the heavy traffic. there is free shuttle transfer to Taxim at 10 am which is really good. the breakfast was generous and there was diversity in it i loved it alotthey need more shuttle transfers to taxim, its true that there is one but another one at 12 pm will make it better. the Hotel is really good and recommended and i loved the facilities and the staff they were really helpful. all in all the hotel is amazing.

the only thing i didnt like is the way to the tram station on foot. at night it might be a little intimidating but to be honest it is safe.

Like always ... Titanic chain of hotels is excellent. The location is 400 meters to the metro station that can take you to 90 % of Istanbul. 2.5 KM from Sultan Eyup where you can enjoy the telefreak ride 2KM to Istanbul forum (huge mall)

Despite the great location that makes you easily reach many nice sites (like Sultan Eyup, Blue mosque ..etc, the Hotel's neighbourhood is not good at all. The hotel is surrounded with industrial workshops. Some of these workshops got very aggressive watching dogs. I was walking with two friends at night when one dog start barking at us in hysterical way ... that was 80 meters from the hotel

Nice design, spacious rooms and nice breakfast. 5 stars view from 14th floor room and average Italian restaurant on 17th floor. Very clean hotel. Front desk speak english very good and they are very nice for any help.

First of all location. It is in industrial zone but this is not main problem. Traffic in Istanbul is terrible so you need from Titanic to City center minimum hour driving if you had lucky. SPA and room service price are little bit higher than ussual.. Deposit in cash 100eur (dont accept credit card)..

beds are too small, in a 5 star a king size should be standard, we had 5 uncomfortable nights and had to split up and each adult sharing with a child, even then the bed seemed small and uncimfortable

Staff knew little about their own hotel. Staff can be rude or indifferent. Business Hotel, but business centre was rarely open. When Business Center was open, it was an empty room. No nearby shopping of cafes
