Perfect central situation in Istanbul. In the main square, close to everywhere via subway etc. Very friendly, helpful and profesionnal staff. Excellent service quality. Wonderful view from the rooms. Very clean and well decorated rooms.

The hotel's location is the best and food is excellent. Morning breakfast is well spread so staying there is value for money.

Very good location, a very clean hotel, an excellent view, superb in facilities, the absolutely satisfactory breakfast. If you decide to choose a five star hotel, this is one of the most safe and satisfactory options. The value for money ratio is good.

We asked for a double bed, but they politely told us that there was no such room available. Nevertheless, we found the two single beds very comfortable and clean. The restaurant on the roof, has a fantastic Bosphorous view and the staff was very polite and profesional. However, the food was average and the prices significally high in comparison to the quality of the dishes.

It has a really good value for money. The beautiful lady in the reception was very polite and kind - although we arrived the hotel very early she arranged us a temporary room until our own room was ready.

Because of the renovation works there may be some construction noise from 11:00 up to evening time. If you will not be in the room during these ours, don't bother and stay at this hotel!

I think that is necessity to refresh rooms,and rooms are to small for 5 stars hotel,we booked non smoking room ,bat we did not recived,we were in this hotel 32 years ago,it was more luxury

nothing special about it. Location seems to be prime but Traffic in the area is bad. so you will waste so much of your time on the road from and to the hotel

Rooms are small, not modernaized to the 5 star hotel standards. i would rate it as 4 star Maximum

Excellent location, simply you minimize your taxi use. Good choice for families with children.

Rooms are small and old. The furniture is definitely below slandered and suits only 3 star hotels. My package included breakfast. Even though the food selection was good, it lacked fruits verities, especially when considering Turkey being an agricultural country.
