The staff is amazing. I had a huge problem with my car, my window was broken. They took the keys, and Mehmeth- the bell boy spent one whole day, trying to sort out the problem( which was very difficult for a day). Thanks to him, the car was ready how he promised. It's very good to stay somewhere, and everyone to be helpful with everything. I will come back there for sure!!!!!!!!!

Excellent personnel, reasonable breakfast, clean bathroom, central location, whistling parrot.

Wi-Fi reception needs to be strengthened; access from upper front rooms impossible. Fenerbahce fan password needs to be neutralized; whoever is running the IT services needs to grow up. Heating sometimes out of balance.

Hotel should have been closed five years ago for major renovations.Toilet kept running and staff was not really able to fix it although they did there best.The bath leaked terribly; the bathroom floor was always completely wet. Minibar fridge: one big block of ice, evidence of not having been de-iced for years. TV was horrible.
