Great internet connection, very friendly and helpfull staff, nice room looks exactly the same as in the pictures, big room, well located in ortakoy,good bed quality, great price - quality ! ( deluxe part of the hotel ) thankyou!!. breakfast was really nice. room was clean. location was pretty good, although it's not near to SultanAhmet... I will definately stay in this hotel if I'm back to Istanbul. you can't find anything better with this price!.
all reviews » The best asset is the (safe) location and the authentic neighborhood that exists in the Ortakoy district of Istanbul; accessible via public transportation, clean room. The staffs are very friendly! I had my flight delayed and I could do my check in there almost 1am without any problem! Good location. . Good budget hotel!. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The location is great and near many restaurants and nightclubs. I really enjoyed my stay there. warm attitude by the young owners /speking good english.cooperating and helping the tourist willingly. location clean room. We loved the location. You can find anything you need in terms of general shopping needs, cafes , sea views. The room was a tight fit but a decent price so I can't complain . It's a budget friendly option . I'd stay again. The air conditioning was great, the breakfast was plenty and again great location. great location at a residential place, far enough from noise but easy access to all attractions, good traditional breakfast, fair enough value for money. Friendly climate, helpful staff, right in the middle of an Istanbul district (Ortaköy), cleannes. I liked the friendly people and personel, they were always helpful. The room was very cheap. Location. But there are many hotels with similar price, which are much better than this one. I don't recommend it. Bad isolation ( you can hear people enter the hotel and when they are in the room next to you), tables at breakfast should be cleaned faster, breakfast should be refilled more, no view out of the window, no restaurant (?). there was a problem with WiFi first 3 days, but thant the problem was resolved. in the bath water was hot for only first 2 minutes, that it was starting to get cold... There's nothing I didn't like--the fact that my room was seperated from the rest of my party was actually a plus...there's an annexed building that still provided the same ameneties. I'd liken this more to a bed-and-breakfast than anything. room A bit small. smell from toilette canal not enough heat in winter. The sheets had sports and old stains. They were clean but very used. The staff was professional but the girl that checked me in was anything but friendly. I'd suggest the staff considering creating a book to list all details . Address, breakfast info , wireless code. although deluxe room was small it was pleasant with beautiful bathroom, but the glass wall-glass door of bathroom was very uncomfortable in such a small room. View at the bridge have only few rooms at second floor. shower doors hanging off. Smell from drain at times. Trying to find hotel difficult. Parking a problem. Advertised as hotel but apartments away from main building. The staff was not really polite and caring. The wifi was not working. The room was not really clean, and in 3 days no one came to clean it at least once. room very small. if you do want your room to be very clean and have good furniture and linens, this is not a place to be. Lack of covering and the air-condition did not work. They give us reserve building rooms. there was dirty sheets and curtains, smelly toilets, dont know what happening in main building but others is wery noisy. Footstairs are extremly small. During 5 days they change sheet only one time and this sheet was dirty. Most of the rooms are in the vicinity of the hotel in different houses; they do not indicate this in their homepage or in the photos. The alleys or road was not the greatest. My first night I was allocated a very tiny room, it was maybe 15 metre square, I could hardly move in. I changed room and it was a bit better, but the toilet system had problems and my view was directly onto a rubbish collection site. It is very reasonable but not ideal for a comfort holiday. Also there are only 2 english chanells available. There was no minibar/refrigirator. Also the room was not cleaned during the stay of 4 nights and the hotel did not offer a restaurant. For us it was the 4th time to visit Istanbul. This hotel was the worst of all we have been staying. The rooms are not similar to those in the pictures. They are located in another building. The owner does not speek even one word of English. Breakfast was not good. I do not recommend this hotel. There are many hotels at similar price which are much better than this one. This hotel is too expensive for its service. I would never go to this hotel again.
