Great location. This was my 6th and best time spent in Istanbul. We had the sea view from the room. Room service was nice, the room was cleaned every day and 3 times a week we had clean towels. Manager Pascal was very attentive and helpful. I will choose these apartments next time I come to Istanbul.
Excellent location. Very friendly service. View of the sea, with a lovely rooftop balcony accessable to all the sufi apart apartments. Apartment was clean, and well maintained every day. Located in a quiet street. Less than 10 mins walk to Blue mosque and other main attractions. Pascal was very helpful and always there for friendly advice on anything and everything. Would recommend to anyone.
It had an awesome view of sea from the balcony / kitchen / didning area. It feelt very soothing to sit and have dinner viewing the lighted sea belt. The apartment looked upmarket and was very nice. The manager was very helpful.

The location was great, within walking distance to major sites. Mr Pascal was very helpful, providing tips on getting around in Istanbul.

Perfect location for walking around historical city center and Marmara Sea enbankment especially with young children. Friendly guy Pascal is very helpful and responsive.
Tiny remarks: Taxi drivers don't know the hotel, no external sign (Bucoleon is better known), Stairs could be dangerous for very young childs. Satellite decoder hadn't worked and was repaired in 2 days - it does not matter for us. Appartments look slightly better in pictures because facilities are not new. No washing mashine. Not enough space to sit straight in the toilet.

Location was perfect, right behind 3 of the major attractions (blue mosque, aya sofia and topkapi). The Grand Bazaar was a short walk away and the main tram line stop was only 5 mins away. Pascal was very very helpful in guiding us and giving us tips. Room was clean and tidy.
Toilet was a bit tight to get into. In the immediate locality it is not a lively bar/restaurant seen and the street needs a bit of repair, but that I guess is what you get in the old town.
Excellent location in the Sultanahmet area. I stayed there 6 nights. it is a very clean apartment. Close to all of the places of interest, transport, shops and restaurants. very good service from the staff(Faruq & Pascal).Perfect choice for the family.

Everything was perfect.
The hotel is conveniently located in the district of Sultanhamet. Major attractions such as the Blue Mosque or the Hagia Sofia are very close (within <5 minutes walking distance). Its a great starting point to explore Instanbuls Old City. Despite its central location, the hotel is located in a quite side street so that we could sleep undisturbed by traffic noise. Our apartment was large and bright with nice furniture and a complete kitchen (which was a big plus for us). The apartment was very clean when we arrived and was cleaned daily. Even our dirty dishes from breakfast where put in the dishwasher for us when we came back from the day. Very good service. Overall the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We would recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in Istanbul.
There is only one very minor points which could be improved upon. And even this will likely be irrelevant for most guests. However, while the kitchen is well equipped with all necessary machines (toaster, oven, kettle, dishwasher,...), it was a bit lacking in kitchen utensils and pots for cooking. There were some, but some more would have been useful. Again this is mostly irrelevant for people planning to eat out every night.
A fantastic apartment in the Sultanhamet area of Istanbul. Close to all of the places of interest, local transport, shops and restaurants. Pascal was extremely helpful arranging transport from the airport, tips on where to visit etc. I would not hesitate recommending this apartment.
One small point, the lighting in the apartment was very in keeping with the design, but I would have liked one bright light for reading in the evening. But don't let this very small detail put you off, take a torch! and have a wonderful time.
The manager, Pascale was amazingly helpful. He gave us brilliant recommendations and helped negotiate the tricky business of arranging things when we don't speak Turkish! He was obliging, funny and friendly and there was no hard sell on anything. We were so happy to find somewhere clean and lovely to stay with someone so helpful.
A little tricky to find but we got the tram then walked. It wouldn't be a problem if you got a taxi
I can just say that Sufi Apartments will be a perfect choice for any kind of travelers. Excellent location. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice breakfast on the terrace.
