Everything was so perfect. A hotel that everyone would dream of. Victoria, the Ukrainian girl, was one of the staff who was showing and telling us about all the available activities in the hotel and I can say the hotel is lucky to find someone like her where I never experience any brilliant way of dealing with customers the same way she was dealing with us. We were in out honeymoon and we really liked it and would like to visit the hotel again. Thanks Shangrila and thanks Victoria.

Location is good but not really for those who go every day to the old city as the traffic is really bad, especially on the weekends (Taxi drivers are terrible and dont know where the hotel is so you always need to call the hotel to explain directions, as drivers dont really speak english). We got your clothes cleaned which some of it they brought in the box and the next day they took they box even with our clothes in it and they couldnt find it again. Every thing was wonderful, except in-room dining; since the food served is not what you expect from a Luxury hotel. Price :). No front road car access. The car have to make long detour to get to hotel front door !. i hoped that a hotel with a Bosphorus view should have a sea facing outdoor cafe like the four seasons or Kempinski. this would have added so much more to the hotel. Bad smell at Bathroom. Location and very low ceiling in the rooms. Nothing not to like. Expensive hotel. Need refurbrishment.
