Very modern and brand new building. Excellent sound proof - once you shut the windows you do not hear any street cars etc. Very friendly staff and excellent cleaning. It is located 10mins walking to Osmanbay metro station and 20-25 mins walking to Taksim square which made it very easy for all sightseeing but quiet and away enough from all the buzz of Taksim. Would definetely recommend this and would return again in the future. Supermarkets etc are within minutes from hotel. Wifi in room was e.
all reviews » 1- All the staff were exceptionally helpful, friendly and professional (starting with the Airport tranfer driver to the Manager; Meral who was stellar in her dedication to her work and assisting with all my inquiries and needs). 2- The apartment is very clean and well equiped (dishwasher, washing machine, Wi fi, etc) 3- Location is Central and close to one of the biggest shopping Malls. 4- Rooms are generous in size and beds and furnishings are comfortable and of good quality. The building and the rooms are brand new and very clean. The location is very central and is 10 mins walking distance to major shopping district and to metro station. A lot of supermarkets and shops, delicatessen, alcohol shops in the vicinity; you can shop for great food and have a lovely breakfast in the comfort of your room. Kitchen utensils and facilities are also brand new and the room even comes with a dishwasher and a washing machine!. The Suite was clean and all ameneties available in room for a longer stay with family (Oven, utensils, washing machine, big size refrigerator etc..) The suite price was reasonable comparing to other suites in the city until the check in staff asked me to pay almost double the original booked price due to my kids. The staff was so helpful, there is a big supermarket near hotel that you can buy everything, they clean your room everyday,if you need something the staff order for you, you can access to main street and Cevahir mall and Osmanbay by walk mostly 15-20 minutes even with a stroller. it was my 8th time to turkey, non of the hotels which I stayed in was good and comfort as Nar suites bomonti, large area, very clean, new bed and all stuffs there, dish wash and cloth was machine with very good equipped kitchen. thanks Nar suites Bomonti, you made my trip better. Simply it is value for money for family with young children. Confort, position, facilities On sundays you can visit a flea market tipically oriental (a real ”turkish delight”) just near the hotel across the street, and in other days is a fruit market. the facilities were very useful and pretty much all you need is there. staff are courteous and friendly. Location is very close to city centre and business districts. The room is very clean and modern. Very caring and nice staff. They help once a lot. Location is very good. Room which I stay 49 had a very nice view of the city. New building with nice interior. Apartment very well equiped and well silenced. Good security. Nothing to dislike here really, only a few suggestions to add value: 1- A bar/Lounge/Cafe would be nice to have on site. 2- More televisions stations in English (News and Entertainment) 3- A pool and small gym will also be appreciated. 4- It would be nice to have a TV and telephone in the room as well not just in the Living room area. As the hotel is new and is situated within a bigger building, the taxi drivers find it a bit difficult to locate it. My advice is it is better to tell the driver to take you to "Modern Palas Bomonti" as this is the name of the building. The suite charged me euro 30 for nothing as the original booked room rate was euro 45. The check in staff said it is a policy due to your kids. I told them we are just staying in room with no extra beds and no b/fast, why should we be charged almost double the original booked price. So, I was forced to pay that !!. Don't hae a lobby. The taxi find the hotel so hard(from the airport) and there is no sign for the hotel. Wi Fi not good. 15 minutes walking to Osmanbey Metro station, with young children in Baby carosel. The first slope is a real effort test for midaged overweight persons (as me) so Osmanbey is not so close in time as in meters. Better use taxi , it”s cheaper than the public transport. The price is a bit expensive. Building was dificult to find even using gps guidance. nothing special, the only problem, we were the first users and they didn't have the preliminary stuffs such as salt, sugar... in the kitchen, the other things such as pots, dishes and ... were complete and brand new. we bought those little things from the supermarket nearby. nothing else!. There should be microwave in the room and also blender for people that would like to prepare their own dishes. The location little bit problem you have to wake 15 minutes to reach to the bus station or osmanbay metro station its a problem especially when you have children with you. noise from the construction works. the view from my room was very bad. have to walk 10 minutes to the metro station ... with kids longer :). vacum cleanning was not done completely. the sofa in the superior suite is not comfortable to be a bed they need to change it. Location and view. most of the cab drivers didn't know the area very well. location is not easily known by taxi drivers. Only one member of staff understand English so communication is difficult . Also the picture in letsbookhotel.com is bigger than what is actually on ground. The suites that was advertised for four adults can't contain four adults. rest room not comfortable. It was not clean, seems like suits not in full operation yet, stil building while being there ... noisy ... location is not perfect for travelors, because the way to metro station is complex and we got lost first day. It takes 15 min to walk to the metro station.
