Executive lounge is only a bar !! Snacks served 6-8 pm Rest of the day no fruits or nuts like other executive lounges so 5 star hotels.

It was really enjoyable stay at Movenpick Istanbul, so comfortable, so quite, service and staff is really 5 stars.... Restaurant, wellness center, men and women beauty salon, internet is good. In addition to the location it is very very good, too many shops and shopping mall near from you and the metro station was very close to the hotel and it is directly take you to Taksim... Value of money was fair enough with such a nice stay.... Finally I strongly recommend this hotel to whom want have a great stay in istanbul and sure I will take my place at this hotel for my next visit to istanbul. one more note: this is not my first visit to Istanbul and I was stay at too many hotels before in Taksim, Atakoy, Sultan Ahmed but this hotel is the best choice for an excellent stay.

Very friendly and helpful staff. We received an upgrade to the Exec level at no extra cost. Very clean comfortable room. Very good leisure facilities. The Wifi worked well although 20 Euros for 3 days is a little cheeky.

For people, who only eat a small breakfast, 30 Euros is ridiculously expensive. A hotel of this standard should not be charging for coffee and tea in the room.

superb restaurant, I had dinner there (unusually for me) and it was a really lovely meal. Breakfast was brilliant.

some of staff do not speak english which was challanging fo us to deal with them

Hospitality , since my arrival wellcoming spirit with everyone , every one wants to help . I also noticed a precsion in everything I asked for. Before leaving the hotel , I was planned to have a taxi pick up at 4:45 in the morning . at 3:30 am ,safe box in my room failed to open with all my valuables inside (passport , air ticket , money..) I picked up the phone and asked for help , a few minutes later a smily guest service personell came over and open it for me . I expected to have some delay specially at this early time of day , but I could easily catch my taxi on time. At the end , I want to send a big thanks To all staff in Mövenpick Hotel Istanbul

I stay More time in resebtion , well the other costemer finsh. No WiFi free for net !!! Less servises material in room

Room carpet was not clean,bed sheet was torn also sıde of bed frame covering lifted.showers had lots of mildew.receptionist miscalculated and over charged me !
