Thank you very much, its very nice hotel,staff very helpful and they upgrade our room for classic to deluxe, nice decoration,excellent resturant and coffee shop, for sure will chosse this hotel for my next visit.

Just need to add a boyler with tea and coffee amenties.

Noise coming from the outside (bars-clubs and workers who r building a new hospital) plus the ac it wasnt hot.

concierge service was excellent...location was ideal, walking distance to Taksim Square and economical transport options (Havatas - 1 min walk from the hotel) to airport.

The breakfast was very expensive and was not worth the high price.

Excellent security. Comfortable gym. Very comfort room design, modern and relax.

The coffee and kittle were chargable. One of the desk office was roude, but others was very friendly and very helpfull

Modern decor, comfortable and has a real sense of luxury. Great location for Taskim Square; nearby Asmelimecit etc. Friendly check-in, we arrived early and they accomodated us after a short wait.

Found it a bit soulless, but this is hard to explain! Not sure if the overall experience is worth the premium price.

The room is big and full of relaxation. They full of technology i.e. Smart Television and IPod clock stand. Luxury and clean. The location is near Taqsem square and Istiklal St.

Staff was outstanding. The concierge staff and front desk was very helpful. The rooms were like an Apple computer, very easy to figure out and customer friendly as well as great to look at.

The hotel itself was very good. Rooms are nice and clean. Stayed in corner suite, which was perfect. Reception and consierge helpful.

Breakfast staff didn't speak any English and alltogether they were below any standard.

Staff almost don't smile!! But they give u what you need eventually. My reservation was "free cancelation", they wanted whole money paied ifront,, I insested not, and I didn't,, they should now such policies but I had to explain for them and insest. Room service kind of miduim

Well appointed rooms, good gym and hamman.

Internet needs to be faster and stable. Breakfast a rip-off at $36, I only fell for it once in my week long stay. For that price I expect fresh warm croissants, pastries etc, not standard hotel fare that's been defrosted overnight and is cold and dried out on the buffet table. Lots of places nearby for cappucino and croissants at a quarter of the price.

The Staff were very friendly & helpful espacially the concierge people who gave us all needed & detailed info, in addittion to reservation in every palce we were intendening to go to. The rooms are very nice & modern & the Spa is really nice.

-Friendly and caring pesonnel; -Very clean rooms and common areas; -5 minute walk from Taxim Square and Istiklal street; -We were lucky enough to get an upgrade!

-Due to its central location, expect traffic noise throughout the day (at least, as long as the works for the building of a Metro station and a Mosque continue on Taxim square).

They upgrade our rooms. Location is good, close to Taksim. Comfortable bed and pillows. There are Arabic TV channels. Need more if possible. Internet free.

floor not clean. No electric kettel, they charge me 12TL extra. Internet in room not very strong. there is no enough hot water to bath in the afternoon.

It is a very comfortable hotel and good atmosphere. Nice location near Taksim square and surrounding restaurants and coffee shops.

The staff were not welcoming and smiling at the customers. They would give you the worst room unless if you complain to the hotel manager level. When I raised my complaint about the A/C problem to the hotel manager, it was just a simple setting on the switch which the technician did not bother to come to the room and fix it for past two days of my stay. Such a nice hotel with bad staff attitude.
