I really like every thing their and i would like to thank the manger and all the staff to make me feel like home miss theis days and sure its the best hotel wish them all the best...with love from fatma aljadi. The crew in Pera Hill hotel were just amazing! Senem and Orhan in the reception did a great job and also Fatih from the room service. They were super friendly!. Good location, big rooms with balconies, quiet and clean. Very close to shopping destinations and the istiklal avenue.

Minor things, not important. Very dark lighting, needs reading light by bed. Room for a breakfast is too small. Little noisy and small room. Small rooms. Horrible, unacceptable service. The fifth bed (sofa) was not made when we checked in, and it was not made until the evening when they threw the bedding to us to make it ourselves. They did not transfer us to the airport by their shuttle bus. Very dissapointed. The Remote Control of the TV was not working when the distance was longer than one meter !!! (no Remote Control Problem - no Batteries Problem - general TV Problem [in every room]) The staff ΄s English was even worse than mine!!!! Small double room, but OK for single use. One evening (room + corridor ). Problem fixed after 30 minutes The hotel is on a hill and you need to walk up there …. poor breakfast,no freindly stuff,small elevator,small room,small loby,. موظفي الاستقبال سيؤون جدا الحجز تم تغييره وبدون موافقتي ومعي أسرة وأطفال ووضعونا في غرف منفصلة لايوجد مغسلة ملابس لايوجد مكوى التكييف لا يعمل بشكل جيد في الغرف المنفصلة رائحة الحمامات تنتشر في كامل الغرفة عند تشغييل التكييف لايستحق أبدا المبلغ المدفوع فيه.
