Staff is the most helpful, extremely polite and nice. Loved the view from the big terrace directly to the see Location is incredible so easy to reach any destination without paying much money because you don't need taxi all the time. Very short walking distance to top kapi palace and all sultanahmet maidan. I advise every person read this to enjoy his staying in very large rooms and clean with most of the services with such reasonable prices. I loved it and I am staying here every year.
all reviews » The view and the staff were awesome!! We got the family suite with balcony. 180 degree view of the waterfront. Excellent location. Easy walk to Blue Mosque, Aya Sophia, Cisterns, castle, and grand bazaar! The kids also really enjoyed how friendly the staff were to them. Always had a smile on their face and making the kids laugh. Definitely felt welcome! Would stay here over and over again!. Amazing apartment with all the amenities we needed to relax after the long days walking throughout Istanbul. Very comfortable and super clean. The hotel is very well located but not in the middle of the night life mess, which means you can have a nice night of sleep if you fell like resting for the next day. Staff is very friendly and efficient. Absolutely recommend!!!!. Good location in the center of the old city, while quiet at the same time. So the atmospere in the hotel - quiet and peaceful, only three rooms per floor.Nice, clean and spacious room and bathroom.Good breakfast. Very friendly and helpful personell. The hotel is few steps to Topkapi Palace and Hagia Sophia and other tourist attraction. The hotel opposite to Canuntrain station which stop in few steps to Egyption Bazar. LOCATION The Istanbul's most famous landmarks is very close to the hotel, without any transportation. Only the location. A few things that I would recommend be fixed/changed...grout needs to be cleaned and repaired in bathroom. It is old and looks dirty even though the bathroom was clean. There was also a used towel that hung behind the door that was overlooked. There was also no top sheet on the bed. Just a fitted sheet over the matress and the comforter. And most hotels don't use comforters anymore. We still really enjoyed this hotel though. Good definitely outweighed the bad!. The internet connection was poor on the third floor the day we came in, but the staff was very kind to work on it and they fixed the problem. We also had one day without hot water, but they also fixed it on the other day. The label of the Hotel outside could be better exposed, it's difficult to be noticed. Bathroom could be bigger, but its not critical point for me. The room was not completely comfortable due to some noise and vibrations coming from the street. However, I was just a minor issue. Airport transfer is contracted out. Pls add an extra hour to your proposed departure if you want to make it in time. Nothing. The bathroom is rather small, and some of the fittings need a repair. Some noise from the restaurant next door. too hard to reach with car. noise from construction, impossibility pay by visa/mastercard, early breakfast end. none. The Bed Mattress should be more comfortable !. The furniture needs more attention. Hotel must improve their breakfast as its same food every day and very limited. I don’t recommend this hotel to old people or wheelchair user as its in hilly area. noise. my room was with a very very small window and it was short about fresh air, i had to upgrade the room for fresh air and i had to pay 50 euro per night and that was too much for fresh air, i could get a better hotel for that price. It is too expensive for the quality of the rooms. This is maximum a 2 start hotel. The shower was getting hot and cold every few seconds.
