Great location, staff are friendly, very nice breakfast, very close to Taksim square, on Istiklal shopping street. We got more than we expected.

This hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the shopping district and close enough to walk to the the tourist district. As a solo traveller I felt safe going out at night because of it's location.

It was very noisy. Unfortunately I cold hear everyone going up and down the stairs because the rooms are not soundproof and the tour groups were coming and going at all the times of the night. Also the sound of the nightclub nearby could be heard until after 4am each night.

1-Near taksim metro 2-reception members were very friendly and make very fast and early check in 3-Breakfast menu was rich. 4-you can rent a safe box for free

The location of hotel is in Istiklal street that is the heart of shopping and next to Taksim Sq. Staffs are friendly and can guide you for visiting the places of city. They are not fluent in English but it is good enough to talk with you.

The room was too small so all the time of being in room you have to sit or lie on the bed. Also the bathroom was too small and because of door design every time you go under the shower water splash out and make the surface wet.

Everything about the hotel from staff to cleanliness was VERY good. Better than good though nothings excellent. Good value, position, rooms facilities.

The music from bars etc. but if you are staying in the middle of Beyoglu what can you expect.

We liked the location of the hotel a lot,it is in the city center. The rooms were very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The staff was amazing, happened to be there during the riots on taksim square and the staff was very professional, reassuring ang accommodating. Also it was great to be in an area less touristic than the famous sultanamet and we discovered a lot by just wandering around the beyoglu area. Despite the location and the riots going on, the hotel was very quiet.

The rooms are a bit small but still comfortable enough.

Hotel was hard to find my foot. Taxi would not go near Taskum Square because of the protest. Hotel took very good care of me while I was staying there. Breakfast was good for Turkish style, also some western comforts with breakfast. Excellent location, location, location, location for getting around.

Nothing big... However there are some remarks.. The sign from outside is not present and we spent about 45 min in street looking for the hotel Mini bar doesn't work in a good way Room is really small with very tight bed

Location is top notch and room is very cozy, tidy and clean with functional air-conditioner and very good bathroom. Room is a bit small but that didn't bother me a bit as you are there to sleep and not to spend time in the room with yourself or your companion.

Breakfast isn't anything special and coffee did not taste good but I really didn't care much because the value of the price covers the other stuff efficiently and hey, u just need something to start the day with and not to pig out, right?

staff were ausume, frienly, well speaking english and helpfull. location was the best, in heart of best live street of city ,in Isteglal st. very good breakfast, they upgrade our reservation to suit with no eaxtra charge as was low season yet. safe box in front desk and they kept our luggage for 5 days till we came back of our local trip.

Location to pedestrian mall, good shopping in Takism, large range of food at breakfast and allowed me to check in 5 hours early after flying in.

Only cleaned my room twice in 5 days. Historic sights are some distance away.

I loved its location and being close to Istiklal street. The room is quite small but cozy and was perfect for me being a solo traveler. It's comfortable, cozy and clean. The staff are friendly as well.

Location was excellent, right in the heart of the nightlife area Reasonable continental style breakfast although food is everywhere in Istanbul. WIFI access was good

Rooms are small. We had a suite for 3/4 people but basically two very small rooms. Bathroom also extremely small. Fine for a few nights head rest but not ideal for longer duration holidays.
