The staff was amazing, happened to be there during the riots on taksim square and the staff was very professional, reassuring ang accommodating. Also it was great to be in an area less touristic than the famous sultanamet and we discovered a lot by just wandering around the beyoglu area. Despite the location and the riots going on, the hotel was very quiet. staff were ausume, frienly, well speaking english and helpfull. location was the best, in heart of best live street of city ,in Isteglal st. very good breakfast, they upgrade our reservation to suit with no eaxtra charge as was low season yet. safe box in front desk and they kept our luggage for 5 days till we came back of our local trip.
all reviews » Hotel was hard to find my foot. Taxi would not go near Taskum Square because of the protest. Hotel took very good care of me while I was staying there. Breakfast was good for Turkish style, also some western comforts with breakfast. Excellent location, location, location, location for getting around. + The best locatiopn, few meters from istiklal street ,and any thing you need just around you.staff are friendly and cooperative(they upgrade our reservation with no extra charge)breakfast is tradional but delicious,Istayed 6 nights at this hotel and I will come back again. Location is top notch and room is very cozy, tidy and clean with functional air-conditioner and very good bathroom. Room is a bit small but that didn't bother me a bit as you are there to sleep and not to spend time in the room with yourself or your companion. The location of hotel is in Istiklal street that is the heart of shopping and next to Taksim Sq. Staffs are friendly and can guide you for visiting the places of city. Noice of minaret but that belongs to Istanbul, more nice than bad. Nothing significant. Rooms are small. We had a suite for 3/4 people but basically two very small rooms. Bathroom also extremely small. Fine for a few nights head rest but not ideal for longer duration holidays. 1-very small rooms and bathrooms 2-Istiklal street is crowd and full of annoying persons. Nothing. The music from bars etc. but if you are staying in the middle of Beyoglu what can you expect. Old style key door locks, which are kept behind reception desk Not great soundproofing to hallway. Rooms are a little small, neighborhood a little noisy during the night. Only cleaned my room twice in 5 days. Historic sights are some distance away. small bathroom. Nothing big... However there are some remarks.. The sign from outside is not present and we spent about 45 min in street looking for the hotel Mini bar doesn't work in a good way Room is really small with very tight bed. The room was very small. There was no variety in breakfast. Nothing specific. the room was a little bit cold. hairs on the blankets and pillow were awful even though it all was washed. Small room. Construction next to the hotel. Too small rooms. The streets are quite noisy at night and sound insulation is poor. Slow Wi-Fi connection. Bad smell from the air conditioner. Window in room quite small, but did open. a bit noisy. club below played music till 4am. small room. Nothing. Rooms are too small. Old facility but it works.
