friendliest staff, they could answer and assist us in any request and they called restaurants and taxi services, changed reservations, gave all sort of info about the city and so on. large room, design forniture, modern with a touch of Turkish style, super central position, breakfast was ok, windows were brand new and noise-isolated (sort of....) I WOULD 100% RECOMMEND IT to a young couple or a group of friends, maybe a bt less to families.

Χωρις να ειναι βρωμικο δεν ηταν ομως και πεντακαθαρο.το προσωπικο ειναι εξαιρετικο. Everything was excellent! It looked just like in the pictures on the website. The rooms were clean and comfortable as well as being nicely designed and having amazing bathrooms. The location is great (hundred of shops, restaurants and bars, walking distance to Sultanhamet) and the decoration of the hotel very nice and the same time comfortable. The room design was great. well yes, as read basically in every single comment about the hotel, its true it's freaking loud at night, not during the week but be prepared for some disco music untill 3 am on fri and sat nights, we were on the 4th floor and it was ok...the windows were noise-isolated, but mainly we knew about it so it was ok,. No complaints at all! Everything was great. Noisy at night during the weekend. However we knew it in advance and if you are tired enough you can sleep anyway... Shower in bathroom kept flooding Our bedroom was quiet enough as it as at the back of the building (so lack of a view) - but have heard that others can be noisy as it's in a noisy part of town. Cracks on walls might indicate structural issues, ugly holes where new cabling has been installed in room. Extremely noisy rooms due to nextdoor night club terrace and hotel open as a restaurant and bar till late. Especially on the mezzanine where the rooms are next to the restaurant tables and people are dining outside your door literally. staff were good but seemed a bit grumpy. the servicing of the rooms was not upto the mark. Tiny breakfast. room decoration is not quite updated and the toilet has some problems. Because its located above a bar its not recommended if you want to have a good night sleep. It only became quite after 5AM. No parking. Difficult to find, no clear indication of the hotel name, access to the hotel trough the (crowd) bar. We were unfortunate to arrive in the middle of a refurb, so no restaurant, no bar, lots of noise (grinders etc), dust everywhere (so thick you couldn't breathe on the ground floor, and a layer of dust all through the bedrooms). So for us, it was absolutely not what we thought we had booked. Very annoyed. It is too noisy (as expected). It is located in the middle of the one of the most crowded night hub. If noise bother you, it would be better not to stay at weekends. Probably it would be more quiet in Monday to Thursday. The breakfast was really awful, you don't expect such a poor quality breakfast from such a nice hotel, so this makes it twice as devastating.
