Wonderful! Highly recommended! Fantastic value for high quality accommodation. Our family of four had a great stay in the second floor apartment. The apartment was large, beautifully furnished, spotless and very comfortable. Everything is brand new and the apartments are serviced every day. We particularly loved the comfortable king size bed! The biggest plus of the hotel is Serap, one of the owners. She was very friendly and accomodating and appeared to be very genuinely interested in her guests' comfort and welfare.
The rooms are actually very large...more like one-bedroom apartments with lots of space. It has clean lines, the kitchen is well equipped and there are lots of windows if you want fresh air.
The location was very convenient, though the taxi driver took the long route going there. Close to the tram station, an.
What we liked the most was the friendliness of the manager (Serap) who went out of her way to help and ensure our stay was comfortable. She allowed us to check out late afternoon to catch night flight. Add to that proximity to tram station was very convenient for sightseeing, Area is up and coming and generally safe with a number of shops and restaurants if you walk uphill towards Taksim Square, size of the apartment was real value for money, cleanliness and daily housekeeping was excellent, Ro.
Very close to major locations: You can use the tram to Ayia Sophia, and Covered Market, or to Dolmabahçe Palace. You can even walk to Istiklal Av (a steep uphill climb though). There are some nice restaurants nearby like Peymane or Limonlu bahce. Our host, Serap was very kind and always trying to help and provide directions and guidance on restaurants and sightseeing.

the manager went out her way to make our stay very comfortable. They
also provide a shuttle service to pick/drop to airport. Great
service. The suites are cleaned & towels/toilet rolls replaced.

Everything was a perfect , new furniture , wide and clean near to galata tower, istiklal street, taksim square emenono, kapatash, mrs serab and her sister sevel was very nice and helpfull and if i go one more time to iastanbul i will prefer to stay with them.
Our family was very satisfied with stay in this hotel, people kindness, location, all specific tips and advice on city attractions introduction, kindly offer to extend stay to catch late night flight, Serap and her team did excellent job.

location, staff. Couldn't get the TV to go full screen, and everything was in Turkish. Didn't matter that much though as we were too tired to watch TV.
If you have heavy luggage, be ready to carry it up as the place has no elevators.

The room was spacious and comfortable but it could use some "darker" curtains in the living room where the kids were sleeping. We overcame some issues with partial hot water avaliabilty in the weekend and Serap was very helpful each time.
There is no lift, but you are warned about this before you book. Maybe
not suitable for the elderly. We were a group of young friends and found
it was not an issue at all.
