Hotel location is very good. Next to Istanbul Convention Center. It is ideal for those who come for congresses. It is next to Taksim square, one of the main centers in Istanbul. The staff were very friendly and atentious. The rooms were large and very comfortable. The stuff are helpful the room are very good and clean actually the hotel was more than expected. Good location, clean, comfortable, quiet and nice staff.

Room was on floor 7 but lift only went to 5 however did get help with bags Some staff spoke little english but made excellent attempts to understand clients needs and respond to them. There was some noise at night due to wooden floors.The elevator has an unpleasant odour all the time. Leakages in my wash hand basin and bathroom doors locking regularly by itself. The hotel did not have water and electricity for a full day. Doors and locks were quite old and nonoperational. I changed rooms twice due to mechanical issues of doors (which made access cards unable to open them). I asked help for opening the doors literally every time I needed to enter. Вad smell in the elevator! Вad breakfast!. Tight room spaces untrustable: asking for extra-payemnt with no reason"He said I dont know" ; without a reciept ; even not giving back 2 tl with no reason. The breakfast is poor; standard room is small. The manager never answered any mail containing wrong situations done by hotel. The breakfast room had cockroaches runing. The wireless email system sometimes did not work in the rooms. Small room with no cupboard space for clothes. Poorly equipped bathroom. breakfast average with poor selection especially hot food Air conditioner either on or off No restaurant or bar in hotel Safe did not work and was not even bolted down!.
