We traveled in gruop of 9 girls and are very happy we have chosen this residence. Our apartment was very clean, spacy and luxury, furniture and apartment equipment are all new. Very best compliments to our hostess Nurdan, she was very nice and helpful, she provided us everything we asked for and made our stay even more comfortable. Swimming in the pool of the residence was the perfect completion of the day. Taksim and Istiklal is just 5 minutes away of walking distance. The same is with metro.
all reviews » The apartment was so great. I booked the big apartment which can contain around 8 people.It was consist of two levels. Sam is the manager of this property and he was very helpful and friendly. The location was not to far from Taksim squire. it takes from you around 10-15 min by walk. I will absolutely come back to this hotel apartment. Sam (property manager) was absolutely excellent The apartment was really modern, and well appointed It's location (although not the nicest street in the world) was right in the centre, and for the amount it cost, there really isne't anything else like it. No fuss, no breakage deposits, no difficult check-in regulations. Everything is really clean The apartment is spacious and comfortable. It's 10 mn from taksim square. 7 mn the nearest underground station. The area is safe. Mr Sami was friendly and helpful. The staff was cheerful and welcoming. Nurdan who is looking after the hotel is so helpful. They do whatever you need to make your stay comfortable The flat its almost brand new , so clean and comfortable, which is so nice to stay for familly. Nice hotel,everybody was so helpful.Nadan was great helped us with booking restaurants and all we wanted.We had a nice stay and the hotel is clean and very good.Dani,Monika and Zana. The location is good, nice people, an amazing place. If I want to visit istanbul again I won't choose anywhere else. The staff was very friendly and helpful. both Nur and Sami were great help. Clean Neat and Sammy was very helpful. the facilities - modern furniture -the staff friendly. Nathing. Check the location, if you are more party and shopping type, then this is perfect for you. The historical centre is 10 min away with tramway. The staff is friendly but they can't speak any English which was a little bit hard to communicate. There is an up hill road that u need to take in order to take the metro or to go to taksim square, so be ready u have a lot to do:). Nothing to say. We like to follow our purpose so we didn' t consider the surroundings!. Everything was more than good. Taksim square is very close but the walk is up-hill. not great if you are traveling with kids and elderly. The facilities at the apartment were very basic. Security guys do not understand English. Bunk beds upper level was not usable due it was not straight at all. The single beds were a bit rough on the back while sleeping unfortunately. The location was bad. There was a lot of road works around the hotel and was a long walk to Taksim Sq. The road near the hotel is very poor. The secaurity don't speack english, which then you have to wait and speack to those who run the hotel. Too noisy for a good sleep. The owners should make it noise proof otherwise bad for business. Bed wasn't too comfortable and TV channels was boring on the cable net. The Uphill Climb to go upto Taksim Square was a task. The internet is weak - the location is very bad . الموقع في اسفل تل متعب جدا للذهاب الى ميدان تقسيم ، ايضا في منطقة صناعية سيارات ومزعج جدا حيث ان احدى غرف النوم لا يوجد بها مكيف ووراءها شارع مزعج جدا في الليل. WiFi is bad. Evrething. The pool and sauna was closed during our stay. And appropriate response in this case was not Hotel manager who did not attend and Who did not answer the person.
