Hotel staff, services, too strickt security and no privacy at all, feeling like aquarium, never come back.

A five star hotel that do not have irons at all ! We were told that they only offer a pressing service at a cost ! A swimming pool that we have to purchase swimming caps for in order to use. The first room we were given had construction outside it and when asked to be moved we were told the hotel is full! Five minutes later we were told they have a another room...
