The bed was super comfortable. The room as the perfect size. TV location and size was great. Staff were amazing from desk, to concierge to the porters etc. Having the tram outside lovely.

Shower was old and the attachments were faulty. So the power was almost non existent and could not point down kept going to the side. Really disappointing. The Terrace food was not impressive - as average as the cafe's in the old town. No English movie channels for business travelers on Sky

The location is great which is a walking distance from a lot of historical locations and also from the famous Istanbul Bazaar. It's very quite, relaxing and clean. The room and bathroom spaces are very well managed and organized. The bids are very comfortable which was very important after a very long day walking.

Staff very helpful. Turkish bath therapist was excellent (Genghis). Rooms were easy to find and beds were very comfortable.

Did not get enough shower gel and body lotion. Restaurant and bar prices were excessive, although terrace bar was pleasant and breakfast had an impressive choice.

The location was amazing - steps from the tram. The room was very clean and attractive. The front desk staff were extremely helpful and kind.

There was a lot of light that came into our room at night through the bathroom window. The room service was hugely expensive and we didn't always get exactly what we ordered.

the staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms are spacious, and i prefered to stay in old city istanbul and take the tram to visit places rather than stay in the busy taksim area. i think this was a great decision.

Good clea hotel in an excellent location.

Being charged about $15 per day for a poor quality WiFi service. Being told on a notice in my room that I was not allowed to bring any food or drink into my room for my own "health and safety". If they were that concerned about my health they would not have tried to charge me a stroke-inducing amount of money for room service and mini bar.

Tram stop just near the hotel. You can reach many attractions by tram. I got free wifi as HHonors member. But actually, wifi works without password (may be temporary bug). I had King Deluxe room with terrace - no good view, but very quiet.

Some rooms with street view can be noisy. Some rooms have windows inside the hotel. Bar is quite expensive and doesn't offers narghile (hookah). There are no bathrobe in room (but you can take it from the spa).

Hotel so near to historical location

Hot water in the bath was coming after at least in five minutes, Breakfast buffet was poor, staff was looking the people like their service is big honour for customer.
