First the location of the hotel is great (city center, major attractions close to hotel). Second the hotel staff is really friendly and helpfull. The breakfast is fine as well.

The hotel is just woderful! It was like a fairy tale. The room was very comfortable and warm. Me and my boyfriend had a great time on our New Year Holidays!

we used room service a lot and paid the waiter as soon as we got the food straight in the room, but when checking out at the reception they`ve tried to charge us double for what we`ve already paid, plus they stated that we took american tobacoo from the restaurant, but in fact we took tobacoo from Baku, Azerbaijan. At the end we didn`t pay any extras.

Minor Issue-Basic room was well done, but not very big. There was nohotel facilities guide in the room.
