The apartment was fully equipped with everything, from detergent for the washing machine to toothbrushes. Erdogan, the guy that welcomed us was awesome:) he even called us the day before our arrival to confirm and ended up explaining to me how to get easily with public transport the airport to the apartment (which included spelling the stations of metro and tram we would stop). The location is really great, though you won't understand that the first day, cause there is a pretty steep road with .

We were a large group ( 7 people ) and the facilities were more than adequate, 4 bedrooms, one with a double bed, two bedrooms with two single beds each and a bedroom with three single beds. The location is very close to both Istikal Street and the tram station from which you can commute through out the city. For a large group this apartment is good value. These apartments were almost ideal for us. Near both to Tophane tram station, so that you can easily go to the center, and to Istiklal street and Galata region. The staff was very friendly and hospitable. Two bedrooms and a hall with a kitchen were equipped with everything we needed and even more (some oil, sugar, salt, bathrobes, slippers, etc.). first of all I would like to thank Mr.Erdogan for his fast actions in regard of our requirements and for his surprise when he upgraded our flat to a bigger one without any money. the flat is great for a family very quite and it have all you need ,location is perfect and close to tram station and istiklal road. Really good, central location, friendly and helpfull staff. It was 10minutes away from Istiklal street(by walking), but one part of the road was really steep, which is okay for young people, but not good for disable people. Our room was clean and comfortable. Good value for money. We just stay one night in this apartment but we liked it.Stuff was polite.Location is perfect..Istiklal Street is about 5 minutes by walking.Too many restaurants,shopping centers,galleries on Street and safe area.Clean and large apartment.Thanks. The owner refunded one out of four nights' payment because of false advertisement: we had been assured of a balcony. We were 3 people and very comfortable, but 6 may be too many if you want some privacy. I'd recommend up to 4, with two sleeping in the living room and two in the bedroom. The room with the double dunk bed was right next to the bedroom and really small. If you are students though go ahead and book it!. The cleaning lady who came around on our departure day was downright rude and obnoxious. Obviously this is not representative of the management company and senior staff, but all it takes is one menial staff member with a bad attitude to sour the overall experience. I recommend management address this with the lady concerned. the only thing is the WC since the flat have only one WC. Bunk bed room had no door on it. Apartment was on the 4th floor and had no elevator so it was very difficult to carry the push chair and the children Bathroom had a smell. They didn't pick us up from the airport. Staff said they didn't receive our emails but I have the copies. Hot water not working. Thankfully a friend of us was a plumber and he sorted it out. The office was closed when we had to check out, and we had to phone them! Staff at check out not speaking any English at all, neither French, Spanish or Italian. 1 key for the whole family. Only aircon in the living room, though it was not working properly. For this time of the year there was no problem but if you've got problems with the heat this could be a problem in summer. No balcony. Six flights of stairs to climb with baggage. No elevator! Website failed to mention this.
