Big box hotel was in 15 min walking from heart of Istanbul & cevaher mall ,very good room size , normal breakfast , hospitality excellent ,polite staff, good price, very comfortable , I prefer to stay in this hotel than other in taksim sq. In next trip , I will come back. a new build hotel,clean,comfort,value for money.helpful reception specially Ms. Rabia,all the time busy but trying to help .it is more recommended for shopping junkies .

All the room has Jacuzzi. Staff is friendly. The hotel was very nice and and rooms clen and big ,,,. The hotel was 1 month old, clean new and good staff. everything, quite new hotel. Staff were very friendly. The location was good for me. Self-service tea and coffe in the lobby. location. New hotel, Air conditions works well. it was new and clean. Weak English of staff , Pool is not ready but they mentioned in booking site !!!. only the noise of water pipe ,sometimes disturbed ,but for deep sleeper like me does not matter. You can’t go anywhere walking; weak water in some toilets. The breakfast is same everyday and it was basic. There is no iron machine in the room and there is no laundry service in the hotel. The toilet does not have drain in the floor. The swimming pool not working ,,. The installation around the pipes were bad in the hotel. You could hear if someone use the bathroom next to you or above you. The language, very few people speaks English. Some taxi drive will go extra mile to gain extra money if they fine you don't know the city very well. breakfast. There was no pool as advertised and no gym as well. Very bad soundproofing. The breakfast was with the old bread and cheese. Dirty spoons. the water heater broke down and could not have hot water for shower for two days. air condition (klima) only fan from sunrise until sunset everyday. staff not very helpful, Bed was broken when complaint no one helped. Bed was very uncomfortable and I could not sleep whole night. Location is awful and you have to get a taxi to go anywhere. If you are visiting Istanbul this is not the best option for you. Breakfast is basic and staff's communication is poor. No Sauna or pool was ready ( Aug 2013) as advertised. I changed my hotel after 3 days and was happy in new hotel which was in Taksim. Will not stay there again!!!. the information was provided about the amenities wasn't right .there wasn't swimming pool , electric kettle,etc. it was far from metro station.
