Everything was quite great. The staff was always friendly, always keen to help you (even though, they did not know English very well), but well, you can always use google translate. The room was clean. Free drinks were always available. It is on Asian side of Istanbul but location is perfect for going anywhere. Close to center of Kadikoy and close to ferries. The rooms are a bit small. small room. If you want a window make sure you ask! Smoking is allowed in the rooms although my room was not too bad. Room was very small. No coat hangers in the cupboard. Single room is very small. There is no windows. in addition, i had to listen to the sound of the washing machine until 2 am! It was very noisy. The staff is not bad. But they never smile. The air conditioning's remote control is broken. I told the staff. He said, he would check. But he did not check. They say 'if guests want, we offer free coffee.' But when I said I wanted coffee, they did not like. Breakfast is very poor. Very thin walls, no variety of choice at the breakfast, no hangers in the closet. Rooms narrow. small rooms with big bades.
