Great location. Right in the middle of all the sights. the hotel is clean and nicely styled. the staff are friendly and helpful. there is wi fi on all levels and its quick. the hotel also has a lift so there's no worry if you are on a high floor. Also breakfast is included which is served from 7 till 10. They provide a shuttle service which is €5 per head. this is fairly quick as the vehicle only carries 10 so you won't be going to load of hotels to pick people up. I would not recommend a taxi .
all reviews » The hotel was very comfortable for the most part. The rooms are pretty standard for Europe.The beds were comfortable and there was a safe in the room. The safe was great to have even though Istanbul seemed safer than most places in the world. Wifi was provided on all floors of the hotel and the location of the hotel cannot be beat. It is very close to the major attractions and it is also close to the tram line for easy access to the entire city. Very nice location, everything is close to the hotel: sights, station, shops, restaurants. Very clean inside and comfortable. And the most important thing that the staff is very friendly, they always ready to help and to answer your questions. This hotel is perfect for family trip. I have stayed only one night and the reception staff (day/night shifts) was very helpful. I arrived before check in time & they prepare my room earlier than the check in time & let me have breakfast while I was waiting in the lobby. Location - right in the centre of Sultanahmet, within walking distance of the historical sites. Room - comfortable - some of the best beds and pillows ever Clean Staff - very helpful and friendly Breakfast - very good. We did like especially the staff, that were really friends. The quiet room. Hotel location is one of the best for touristic area, easy to split between 1st walk, middday rest and night walk. We recomand this hotel. Our room was spacious with three beds in. Although the restaurant on the opposite side of the street (8-10 m) playing loud music very night, the windows isolated as much that we weren't disturb by it at all. Breakfast was wide choice and tasty. These are very minor dislikes as this hotel was very good. the rooms needed more cupboard /storage space to hang clothes and items. The washrooms were small and the shower was small and awkward to get into and out of. Don't know, everything was quite all right. Nothing. a facade of a backwards hotel, but was independent to Asur. - The breakfast was not the best ever I can say. Although it was offered several things, the most of the dishes were either sweets or cooked heavy meals (sausage with cooked potato and eggs or french fries). - The bathroom is tiny and the toilet sit is located so high that I could get my legs swing in the air when sitting on the toilet. The bathroom was very small and to the shower get in and get out, it was dangerous, and the shower is not cleaned. In the room would need more cupboards, where there is space to hang clothes. Minor faults considering price pd. Pillows bit lumpy through many washes. Decor in bathroom very tired but it worked ok (not always the case in Istanbul!). We were on top floor and it was very hot. Weather was cooler and the air con was turned off. it would only heat! Had to sleep with window open and it was quite noisy some nights. The room was very dark as the window opened onto a wall!. No complaints. The room is small for three beds. There were just one small closet and one chair in the room. Bathroom tub is tall and small. Tv has only turkish chanals. The noisy restaurant outside the window. bed springs, pillows. Bathroom was very very small. It was very noisily in the rooms with windows coming to the street. Constant noisy music at night from the bar/restaurant across the street, the air conditioning didn't work and the bath/showers are dangerous to get into. No place to hang clothes in the room. Very small bathroom and a dangerous shower: you need climbing skills to get in and out. The toilet seat is high. The room was very warm even in October as the air conditioning didn't work (even though it was noisy all the time). If you prefer really soft beds, this hotel is not for you. No air condition altough promised by the booking, staff very unhelpful making up different stories. Very varm room, considering small spae and three people. - hotel rate / 89 Eur - a liittle expensive; - recommended travel agent for travel planning and hotel booking is not real good... (why not....) - book hotel in no-travel value city crossing Canakkale - book the cheap / not pleasant hotel in Izmir - book poor service tour bus (green line) in Cappadocia - arrange local travel service agent without scene of time, almost missing the flight... the -. The room is extremely small, and smelly. The bathroom door didn't work. The window had no view, instead open in the chimney of kitchen, and had to be closed because of smells.
