It was close to Istiklal.

They did not receive any advice from letsbookhotel.com. On my reservation they did not honour the price and told me that I had to pay the weekend price. No one speaks good English. I was placed in a room that must have been for someone else. They too the things and gave it to me. The room was really small and it still had the shaver and the shampoo of whoever was staying there. It will never go back there even if it was the last hotel available.
