I really like the SPA and the sauna, they were very relaxing, calm and clean, I also enjoyed the relax room with the tv. The stuff were very nice and helpful. The balcony and the view on pool was really nice also I enjoyed the bathroom and bedshoes. I liked the fact that they brought us the car infront of entrance of hotel when we left and took our luggages. The dinner was plenty of choices and I found pain en chocolat at breakfast, something difficult for me to find in Turkey. Also the wine .
all reviews » the spa / massage facilities were excellent - rooms clean and a room close to the lifts was provided without problem - last time we were miles from the lift and spent all our time walking up and down corridors . At a cost of about 10 Euros you get a taxi into Cesme which is a delightful little town with lots of shops ,marina , taverns with good food and service . We loved the friendly and helpful staff, and the quickness of having whatever you need being delivered to your room immediately. Everything about the hotel was very good..private beach of the hotel,food and spa was perfect...staff was excellent. - Good food selection during diner - Indoor pool and spa was nice - Good central location - Clean comfortable room. When there was a problem, staff was producing alternative solution immediately. everything in this hotel we liked especially the restaurant & the spa. The pool and set out back of the hotel toward the beach is very nice. Good location. Great breakfast. clean. friendly staff. Very clean. Great location. Room size is comfortable. New furniture. Good food. Live music at nights. The staff. Nice pool. I was dissapointed when I learnt that the sauna is not free and that the big hammam from the website photo is close. I think it should be said on the website. I didnt like that we can hear people from other rooms, it should be more silence between rooms. The design of rooms is a bit old fashion for a radisson. compared to radisson dusseldorf it was very old style and I saw some hair on my bed :( I think the çipura were not freshed at dinner not so bad but unfreshed. So few staff speak enough English to enable communication by the one-touch system on the phone !!! especially room service was difficult to use properly because most times you didn't get what you ordered - something close but....... Bathroom could be a bit bigger. - The beach umbrellas were not set up. Competitor hotel's umbrellas were set up already. - The beach was rather rocky compared to Competitor hotel's beach. The wifi on our block was not working. Although we told them couple of times no change. However, staff asked as if we want to change our room. Prices for food and drinks is expensive. Waiters hardly spoke any other languages. The food in the beach restaurant could be better. Not so energetic nor symphatic. Dirty carpet in the room. Reception staff is not well informed about the city and the transformation, guest relation is not on duty in the mornings. Cause it was off season all the facilities were half as good for example the breakfast had nothing as much as it does at season or 2 out 3 saunas in the spa were off and so on and so fort... Extremely dirty carpet in hallways and room. Staff are more hands off but perhaps this is customary in Turkey. Not a good value for the money when compared to other resort hotels in which we have stayed. DJ plays music at the pool. Very loud, but also very foul language in American songs. The staff are not aware of the filthy language which is extremely inappropriate for children.
