The food. Location. The staff. They were rude and treated us with suspicion, and disrespect. They often asked for our room key as proof of our stay (something we never saw them do with other guests). Booking was wrong, did not have the room I paid for. Room was not ready until 4, Minibar was shut off. No kettel in the room, daily poor cleaning. There was no drinking water in rooms.
