1- Different style in compare with 5* Hotel.the rooms are loctad in beautiful garden . 2- The rooms are not luxury but you can wake up with sounds of birds and every time when you go to the terrace you think your room is located in beautiful forest with tall trees and the its environment is so quite. 3- The show team of hotel were fantastic, every night there was different show and program for guests and specially for kids ,we are thank you for arranging these programs. 4- The beach of this .
all reviews » loved the mountain views felt like i was in italy..so so pretty...ample sunchairs,no problem with having to get up early to obtain one...loved that all the restaurants beach bars etc overlooked sea and mountain views..loved the room very plush excellent cleanliness. By all means it is a 5 star hotel for all the facilities EXCEPT for the rooms. a large area many trees and plants availability of walking paths large, varied food sensitive but unobtrusive attention of the staff in the restaurant sheds on the beach steam sauna in hamam. The friendly personnel, remarkable various kitchen, well-groomed territory of hotel, the big pure beach, pools, water hills, pure water in the sea. The price - quality. excellent location very clean warm sea great for relaxing time would visit again. The hotel was the best choice for family vacation. , ,Everything was ok I like it, i will go again. + gardensetting + seasetting + pools. Everything expect one. everything was great!. facilities of the hotel and the clean sea. The formation of a three-storey blocks of the hotel and it was nice to have a side tree. Almost all of the staff can speak foreign language. Sea was lovely.I Did not want to get out of the sea. 1- There is not any life guard along the beach. 2- there is not any grilled food in main restaurant for lunch and dinner (only 1 Turkish kebab) and you can use of frying food in replace of grilled food in this restaurant. But there is special grill restaurant for dinner which you have to reserve it in before. staff spoke very little english and none were very friendly unless you were russian....not much coffee service at breakfast. lack of cutlery at times...pool toilets very dirty compared to excellent cleanliness of rooms. There is no internet in the rooms , sometime there is signal but very weak The rooms are very normal and by NO mean it is 5 star rooms ....for my best evaluation it is 3 star rooms. WiFi only at the reception poor quality WiFi. Small numbers, bad poor spa-services. did not like the staff in reception very rude only one key card between us and first room we was given smell of stale tobacco and single beds when we stated we want a double bed and had to wait 4 hours for another room. Nothing. - the stadd wouldn't make a table for 14 persons so we couldn't sit together - the staff nearly speaks english or german. I needed early check in and late check out. I wrote about it when I booked a hotel. But they refuse me. It was wery unexpected and uncomfortable. All hotel give this opportunity for a fee. food, dirty rooms. Insufficient number of bars. There was hole in the pillow pouch. Bartenders who can not prepare cocktail. Rough speaking lifesavers. Unfriendly reception staff. The hotel is supposed to receive payment at the rate prevailing at the reservation, but they received at the check- in day rate. If you are a citizen of Turkey, the staff does not show the same attention to foreigners. Terrible beach.Poured construction sand with broken pieces of brick on to the beach. This is not a 5 star resort. Rooms are 3 by 3 m with a small shower. Swimmingpool is very small. This is a price charter resort for Russian people. Photo's on internet looks much better then reality.
