  As we stayed at Akin Suites for a week plus 2 more overnight stays during trips through Turkey, this became our special little home. The staff are really welcoming and helpful, the suites are fresh and spacious and have kitchens, a sitting room, and the all important item while travelling- a washing machine! The owner was so welcoming and friendly , he did every thing possible to make our stay comfort .he gave us a discount too :)

Walking areas nearby and closeness to newly opened Marmaray Metro station to go to the European side under the Bosporus are additional positive factors about the Hotel.

Our friends on that side had to suffer - The staff is extraordinary , very warm and welcoming and very efficient the breakfast is very rich and the view from the room is wonderful. You are in an area where you can hop on a taxi or Dolmus( collective taxi)immediately , you are just 5 minutes away from the boats that take you to the other side of the Bosphorus.   I love the Zumrut and have stayed there a number of times. Good Turkish breakfast, excellent location, helpful staff. Clean! - The staff are great. Have stayed before and made most welcome.

Its not only cheaper on the Asian site, a - Friendly staff members who understand and speak the English language fluently. Good service, the room (with own bathroom) was just like a normal hotel room but quite a lot cheaper. Good ferry connections for 1.95 tl (€ 0,80) one way tickets (with an Istanbulkart) Easy to reach from the Asian airport (Sabiha Göçen), which is used by budget airlines, with havatas or e10 bus to Kadiköy. We really felt at home here, the other guest were from all over the world and everyone was welcome here.

  Everithing was unexpectably excellent. Especially cleaniness of the rooms was extremely perfect. I was better than 5* hotels. - Very friendly staff, who couldnt do enough for you. The hotel deserves more than 3 stars, Very modern. The maids were fantastic, and i loved the jacuzzi in the bathroom.
