Beautiful rooms decorated in Ottoman style in luxuriant garden setting in the heart of old Antalya. Friendly & helpful staff, excellent buffet breakfast and relaxing, tranquil ambience throughout. Despite our very late arrival (after 9 pm), we were still able to enjoy an unrushed gourmet meal in the attached Seraser Restaurant. The architecture of the hotel is absouletly unique... Front desk team was amazing and they did everything to enhance our trip. The rooms are fantastic and the service was top notch... Would recommend further... If you are looking for a treat, their a la carte restaurant Seraser is definetely what you are looking for...
all reviews » First, the food was excellent, and the staff was warm. personable, and friendly. The location is absolutely excellent, a quiet street and yet right in the middle of the old city. The beds were a bit challenging, and if you require great comfort to sleep you may struggle. Otherwise a really great accomodation. We stayed 3 nights and were pleased, due to that we have got the room for significant reduced prize, but if we have paid full prize we would probably felt different. Old fashion style room, not very comfortable, breakfast on the upper end of a Turkish breakfast. The pool area was excellent. We were amazed with the style of hotel... The service was very proffessional, and the staff strive to do their best. Gastronmy is the pick point of this hotel. Both restaurants, Seraser and Il Vicino are the greast attraction point for all locals and also tourists. Location is unbeatable. Tuvana hotel is really special - in 4 small ancient houses, beautyful big rooms, romantic garden, pool - all in the very heart of Old Town Kaleici, but so quiet you feel like sleeping in the countryside, we could only hear birds singing. Fantastic stay, would come again!!!. Room is large in a little vintage style.Bathroom is also good. Breakfast is lovely, you could have many choices. Staff are all nice and polite. You have to go through gate to oto parking. This is letting you into old town. Mosque will be on your left, turn left after mosque. This is street behind hotel with parking lot. Look for Seraser Restaurant entrance on your right. Ask to be let in parking lot. Bathroom a bit tired in our room. The hotel is difficult to find but mostly because of the street types. The dustbin in the bathroom was broken Breakfast could ahve been better. The options were limited and a live counter for omellete would definilty make it better. The hooks for the curtains was coming off at some places. This needs to be looked into by house keeping. If you are a light sleeper, it is close to a mosque. Parts of the hotel are old so don't expect everything to be 100% perfect. Thought the wine was a bit expensive. The basic rooms don't compare to the upgraded rooms. We liked everything. Nothing to complain about. Breakfast could be much better. Pool and garden area could be more clean. The room was a bit small, the air conditioning did not work very well, even with the signs it was difficult to find. Not a thing. Expect to be called for prayer at 4 in the morning from the minaret nearby (although it is probably heard anywhere in the old town). The hotel was difficult to find via our rental car. Directions with the GPS sent us to a construction site. Eventually we were able to navigate through the old town but it was challenging. No elevators (issue with all hotels in old town due to antique properties). the cats. Very difficult to find. They are in the old part of town on a pedestrian street. They should include a map or something on the reservation. Nothing. Staff should be more knowledgable of area and region so they are able to answer travelers questions effectively. Air conditioning system room is very weak Corridors are open and there is no air conditioning Far from the beach. It was not easy to get out of the tub. English by the staff could be improved. Internet in our section of the hotel did not work during our stay but we could go to other area.
