Staff: The manager, Ozden, was very friendly and helpful. He spoke English, Turkish, and German which is a great advantage for many tourists. The staff was awesome. I got sick and was brought ginger and honey tea. Location: The hotel is located in Kaleici (Old City). There are beautiful ruins in 5 min walking distance. There is a water front view and the shore is a 5 min walk. Shops: Excellent, excellent shops and restaurants around the hotel. We bought teas, souvenirs, and had good food. Break.
