The host Yaman is incredibly hospitable and willing to help answer questions, book taxis etc. The room was big and clean with back-up blankets etc. Bathroom is quite modern compared to other pensions and satellite TV with big screen Tv is also more than the normal pension. Location is perfect, close to the main street in the old town. Breakfast was great - omlette perfectly cooked, tea tasty. I would recommend to anyone. Just wished the terrace had a roof to sit in the day time. Fantastic view!.
all reviews » Arrived in Antalya by bus from Capadoccia. Our taxi driver knew exactly where to take us. Fare was aboutvTL30 according to the meter for 4 adults and 4 suitcases. Innkeeper very friendly and helpful. Provides an official tourist map of Antalya and explains how to get around. This is not 5 star - it's budget, but very clean and secure. In my opinion none of the above-mentioned categories are appropriate in describing Dantel, rather this Pansion is ideal for people who are interested in good food (not necessarily gourmet), culture as well as swimming. Friendly and most helpful proprietor; quiet; clean; good value for money. Yaman was very nice, helpfull and service minded. He did everything he could to please and his English was perfect!! Breakfast was also very good and variety met up to my expectations. Also his niece was very kind and helpfull. She made nice omelets and bişi :-). Dantel is very cozy place to spend couple of days vacation, located few minutes from the old city, rooms are good, and the staff were very friendly especially Mr. Yaman, he is very helpful and always smiling great value for money. Yamam was very friendly and helpful, answering all our questions. The location is really good, as is the beautiful patio of the pansion. Great breakfast with different freshly cooked ingredients. I would come back anytime!. The staff is very nice. We stayed there for two nights, and they offered us three days of breakfast, and two of them were early than the usual breakfast time before we had to go out early. We really appreciated that!. The owner was very friendly and fluent in English, and the breakfast was tasty. The pension itself, and its close location to the ocean was a bonus! The room was very clean and spacious and the bathroom modern. Location. Centrally located in old town which is convenient for restaurants and shopping. Close to the marina where you can purchase boat tours. Rooms are clean. The location is a little difficult to find. The air conditioner was not as powerful as we would have liked during the 40° days, but leaving it running a few hours helped. Also, if you have a car, don't stay anywhere in Kaleiçi––it's a huge pain. Some rooms are rather small. Showers do not have any curtains or doors... not much. Broken shower. Nothing. Almost nothing:). there wasn`t bill boy and there only two stuff one of them she can`t speak English , the didn`t cleaned our room for the 3 days we stayed there ,the location was so difficult to find. The bathroom was too small and hot water was so unstable that we could hardly have a warm shower. Mosquitos were serious which triggered my allergy...
