The location was great, next to shops and easy to get to popular destinations. The breakfast was ok . The minibar was abit pricey but there is a store across the road which you can get main supplies from. The room was very clean and bed was comfortable. Internet was ok not the fastest but you can still get work done. Pool was alittle and there was swim school for kids when i was staying there. Overall it is a great place to stay in central Antalya.
all reviews » This is a great hotel for a stay in Antalya if you want to be in the core of the city and close to lots of attractions. The hotel also had a daily shuttle (free) that went to the a beach close by if you felt like a lounging day. Breakfast buffet was very good compared to most hotels. Internet worked great everywhere. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Rooms clean and comfy. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to other travelers. everything was good, location (near the old city, the shops and very cosy spaces to sit and listen to some people playing guitar and singing some nice songs), the room was large and well furnitured, the bed was very comfortable. A very polite and helpful staff and finally the breakfast was variable and delicious. Perfectly located to the major sites (walking distance). There was a taxi stop right outside the hotel so you could hail a cab at anytime (night of day) with fairs listed in lira (local currency) The people were extremely friendly. Location was in a busy part of city where we could get a variety of food and go for shopping. Room was big and comfortable. Cleanliness was upto standard. Breakfast was okay. Evening buffet closes promptly at 22.00 hrs therefore last orders should be 21.15 hrs. The advertised ECO friendly image was not executed by room staff: towels changed every day! :-( The language skills of staff not very good, impossible to find out simple details regarding room service. Not much staff could be more prepered to help. Might have been english probl. INFO desk would be nice. beach is a bit far from hotel and there is only 1 shuttle bus to go and return. Bad room cooling. The staff were terrible. They could barely speak English and we were sent on an excursion from hell and after promises and no apology we didn't even get a full refund back. Honestly the worst experience I've had on holiday in my life!. Reaching was so difficult, in information was not correct for hotel room there was no wide bed. The worst hotel I stayed in. Staff are not friendly at all. The air condition in the room is very weak and when I complained, they told me in a bad way that this is the max !. The disaster happened when the cleaner open room door when we were sleeping and I already put no disturb on the door. It is not 4 stars hotel at all and if you are looking for 4 stars. Definitely this ia not ur hotel. the room we staid in was too hot... problem with an air conditioner other than that i would rate is as slightly below average.
