I really liked the friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness and hospitality. There are a lot of excellent restaurants and bars within walking distance. The hotel is very close to the embassies. I also booked at the same hotel for my second trip to Ankara. The location of the hotel is very good. It's situated on a very quiet street but very close to main shopping and entertainment centers (restourants, pubs etc.). The stuff is kind and helpful. The breakfast was good.

Some cooking odour on the first floor due to close distance to the kitchen. We expected the breakfast to be served in the restaurant on the top floor with the view to Ankara. Up a steep hill. Internet reception poor on higher floors . Curtains could be thicker as light comes in very early. - Although there are many choices, breakfast needs some improvement in the quality. Towels are old and their smell is little bit disturbing. -A bit expensive restaurant -The fees of room do not include mini-bar expenses. The receptionist could not speak english properly. I had to speak with another guest of the hotel who translated in turkish to let him understand what I wanted. You have to walk a lot or take a cab or a bus to go to the centre. The breakfest was a bit poor. Little bit complicated with the parking as they have very limited space for the cars. Small rooms, old facilities, and poor breakfast.
