  I was very happy with all the staff at the hotel especially a few that really helped me at my stay due to a few problems I had whilst being in turkey alone. The people that really helped me and showed the high standard of the hotel was the operation manager Ahmet levent and also reception leader Mehmet toksun . Also the entertainment in the hotel ... what people say » was fantastic and also could not be anymore helpful with all the guests . Also the staff in the restaurant was helpful and was always waiting for anyt - The hotel was very luxorious and the service was excellent and very family friendly. The food was delicious, with many different options and lots of kid-friendly choices.

  Beach was easy to reach via tunnel. In the middle of October it was peaceful on the pools and children were able to play table tennis nearby pools. Also nice place to play billiard inside.   when I read some of the reviews of the hotel I thought that I made a big mistake when I booked in it , specially what was written about the bad staff and the delay in check in & out . But when I arrived the hotel t 7:30 AM and asked for my room they told me to wait until 2 pm the normal check in time . I told them but I wrote in my booking tha... what people say » t I need early check-in about 8 AM so they rechecked the booking and offer me a free breakfast and asked me to wait until 8 AM . I received my room 8: - Location was amasing, just by the beach. Swimming pools were very clean, spa, hamam and gym were good too. I enjoyed food as well, nice deserts and delicious food choices. Staff was very friendly. They were very professional. I went there with my girlfriend, and in the last evening in the hotel, the staff decorated table for us! So attentive staff! Just behind the hotel there are buses going almost everywhere! Definitely recommend this hotel to everyone!

  Very Clean and room service was prompt - The service which was given to us was excellent. The staff behaviour was perfect. But I specially liked the Activiteis Group who made peace and eciting times over there for the passengers. The games and the dancings was nice.
