Good location and relaxing large pool area.

B'fast buffet was fine but choice of cereals limited-no granola or bran cereal. Also oatmeal was more like a milky soup. Complaints were passed along to head chef so maybe improvements will happen.

Staff were amazing and could not do enough for you. Hotel was great with great pools for young kids.

Breakfast in hotel could be better although large selection.

Staff were excellent, nice rooms, great pool, location, price, facilities (gym etc.).

Not enough airflow in reception, very hot inside (areas other than rooms) rooms very cool with excellent aircon. Just needs more air circulation around reception and restaurant.

Very Friendly Staff. Great Service. Lovely pools with slides, especially appreciated by kids. Great Kidz world. Very nice food at the restaurant, especially the buffet breakfast.

Happy hours on drinks is 5-6pm. They may consider extending that to 7 pm, or atleast 6:30 pm.

1.Clean, spacious rooms. 2.Lovely, secluded pool and nice, shaded areas. 3. Friendly staff.

1. Expensive kids club. 2. Buffet breakfast being nearly exactly the same every day. 3. Expensive shuttle bus to Patong for a family of 4...why is this not complimentary? 4. Rooms were a bit noisy at times...you could hear noise from other rooms clearly (like feet walking and doors shutting).

The hotel was good, the staff was nice, got a good impression of the hotel in the lobby, which also sued. Hotellet var bra, personalen var trevlig, fick ett bra intryck av hotellet i lobbyn vilket också stämmde.

Staff were accommodating, resort very nice for the price, ground floor poolside rooms ideal for families

Drinks prices were a bit high - meaning that there was no evening atmosphere at the resort itself

Good kids club and swimming pool. Good breakfast facilities.

Rooms were too small to house a family. Surin Beach a short walk away has been spoilt since our last visit with far too many Sun Loungers.
