- They have a variety of bungalows for different budgets. Some looked more luxurious, others were more simple, but still very nice. -Beautiful landscaping, well maintained -All bungalows have Hammocks to relax and read.. on the beach there are comfortable chairs to relax in as well. -The Belgian family who run the property are very kind and helpful, along with some local employees, who are kind as well. all reviews » - Location was perfect! Directly on (very nice and clean) beach. Far enough from the busy side where the full moon parties take place. A lot of shops and restaurants at walking distance. Great snorkeling area! A lot of activities in the area since you are a bit in the middle of everything. - Basic but excellent bungalows. Really clean and comfortable. - Great and friendly staff. The owner are Belgian and super relaxt. Nothing is a problem for them and they help you with anything you want. - Gre. We had a seafront bungalow with aircon. Whilst the bungalows are perhaps a little rough and ready, this wasn't an issue for us as they are comfortable and clean and set in a fantastic location that was away from the Koh Phangan party scene. The real selling point was the helpful and friendly staff who made us feel so welcome. Also the food from the restaurant is amazing and very reasonably priced. Try the Tom Kha or Tom Yam soups. - The owners of the Bungalows were extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful in terms of reccomendations, transportation, and a health emergency while we stayed with them. - The private beach was lovely and our bungalow faced it!!! Gorgeous. Two seconds to the beach. - No Mosquitos due to wind off water! - Away from the partying of the South, but very accessible by scooter!. Front on the beach. -The only thing I would say is that I wish I had a mini fridge in my bungalow to keep water cold... but I did have the cheaper "backpacker friendly" room! Really, not a big deal. :). - Maybe the shower with low presure and no curtain/cabin. But this is a minor issue. Not the best beach as this side of the island has shallower waters, however other beaches are a short scooter ride away. - Cold water took some getting used to, but we knew that going in ! - Restaurant was a bit pricey, but nice. Sometimes the wifi is an issue with Apple devices (but I was told about this, so I knew to expect it). Most of it was excellent. Thought pick up from port was a bit expensive as charged 150B for children as well as adults. Watch out for stinging black sea anenomes!. Beach was a little dirty in this location (not the accommodation staff's fault). The room was very dark even when lights on. Somebody stole my crocs from terrace. The sea isn`t as nice as you can find in other place of island. Cockroaches in bungalows.
