We got to stay in 4 out of 5 (or 6?) of the rooms, and each had its own charm. By far, this was the best value we got in comparison to any place we stayed in Thailand. Especially liked the bathroom facilities. In general, it's a very special place and very different from regular resorts. We met some very nice and interesting people and had a lot of laughs. Stefan and his girlfriend were extremely nice and welcoming, and she is also an amazing cook (made the best tom yam we tasted here). The walk to the beach is not bad at all (approximately 350 meters). And waking up in the jungle-like atmosphere was a great experience as well. We came for 4 nights and ended up trying to book as many more nights as we could, so needless to say - we recommend this place for anyone who's interested in a special place to stay.
First, Stefan and Ai, the owners, are so lovely. They take care of every need, they help you get to know everyone around and Ai’s cooking is the best!! If you wish to meet people from all over the world, eat together in a friendly atmosphere, this is the place for you. The place has the most beautiful jungle view, it’s green and high and the rooms design is unique and cozy. .
The rooms are small and it's a bit of a climb, but the atmosphere and view were totally worth it!
Staff - the owner Stefan wirh his gf are very fliendly and hepful! They really care about your comfort and good mood! Food - the Stefan's gf is a talented chief. Her dishes are more more tasty than in area's restourants. Room - ours was in villa garden with gidromassage bath. From the bath you can watch the animals climbing the nearest trees through the window. Wonderful!!

It's more like a bed and breakfast, which is a good thing here. Stefan and Ei stretched that extra mile to be able to give want you wanted. It was almost to be in a new family. The decor and setting is beautiful and you meet a lot of new people that you can hang out with as a alone traveller. Haad Salad is a perfect place to stay at if you want a relaxed, uncommercial holiday. And it's close by to the yoga retreat, Ko am (?), Haad Yao etc.
I think I had the smallest room, but I didn't mind. There weren't nowhere to hang your clothes or put your stuff up except from the balcony there it was a risk that things fall down if it was blowy. One tiny little thing that could be good to have was hooks in the bathroom to hang clothes and neccessärer(swedish) up. But overall I would definitely recommend you to stay at this place. Two thumbs up.

Light in the room can be better. The beach near at this period was not the best. The trap when you rent a motorbike in the village cost us 3000 bath more because the scooter has fallen once.
Every thing was ok! Perfect. Staff, rooms, localitation. It's one of the best hotel than even seen. The owner and her wife were so nicest people. If you want a good experience, a friendly and helpful people, go to this hotel. Excelent!
They do everything possible to make sure that you will have an excellent stay. Service is the keyword in your stay. We really enjoyed the atmosfere and very good food that you can get for very decend prices. We defenitely will go here again next time when we are in Thailand.
P&K is a very nice place to stay. We only booked for 3 nights but extended our stay to 5. The owners are so friendly and you feel very welcome. Because there are only 5 rooms it is familiar and also quiet. Our room was clean and the first one in Thailand that de really liked. Haad salad is a nice beach and you can reach other ones in a short distance.
Our room had comparatively few facilities where we could drop our clothes and other stuff. But Stefan told us, that he ordered a new wardrobe for the room. Anyway it was not a big problem

To say that it is amayzing place is to say nothing! I am so glad that we spent our time in this place. The location is very good, 3 min to the beach. The owner Stephan and his girlfriend are wonderful people, they helped us any time we need. And what about the hotel and the rooms... Almost everything is handmade, chairs, tables and etc. Incredible design and it is very cosily. If you go to Ko Panghan I will recommend only P&K!!!

Amazing place! Stefan the owner was really great, nothing too much trouble. We couldn't believe the value for money here, we would have paid at least double and still been happy. Definitely do not look elsewhere, just book this place!
we felt very welcome and had a wonderful time at the P&K Resort. The place is perfect to relax and it definitely lived up to our expectations. The owner and his girlfriend made us free breakfest every morning and helped us out with everything we needed, like driving us to places, recommending us restaurants etc. Absolutely recommendable. We would like to come back to P&K Resort next year.

The bed was big and comfortable. The resort ,Haad Salad was two minutes walk. The air conditioner was good and there was a fan . Wifi was good. Stefan was helpful in booking taxi an suggesting good resteraunt and bike hire . Other guests, mainly German (as Stefan ) we're very friendly and interesting
Our room was tiny about 3m by less than 4m. The big bed took up most of the space and left little room for anything else. The wardrobe was string hanging across a corner. Bags went on the floor. But for older or bigger clients the way into the toilet was difficult, stepping from the room across a raised threshold and squeezing past the shower. The room never got serviced in the four nights we were there. The pool is about 8m long and 2m wide, narrowing to about 1.2m. No one was ever in it.
