  I was staying with my friend for 2 days and we are very happy with our choice. The stuff was very friendly and our room was superb, huge, clean with modern furniture, huge bathroom, also there is very nice and comfy sitting area with sofas,room safe,huge TV.Location is good and 2 min walk from big street, which makes the level of street noises mini... what people say » mal,but still it was city center.there is a pool. - The staff were very friendly and helpful and accomodated our early check-in request. The hotel was modern and very clean, the rooms looked exactly as they did in the website pictures -which is not often the case. We felt the hotel rooms and amenties were to the standard of a 5 star hotel and had every thing we required.

  The location is fantastic - heaps of resturants, shopping, 5 mins from BTS, 10 mins from MTR. Away from main road so not noisy. Great staff - we had trouble with our Bank holding our credit card (apparently didn't like us being in credit of all things!) but the hotel still let us into our room and were very happy to wait until the Bank sorted out... what people say » their problem. Everyone is very friendly,helpful - We had an excellent stay at the hotel. It´s a nice and comfortable hotel. The rooms are very clean and it´s high standard. The stuff are very friendly and helpful and give you the best service. And it´s very silent and peaceful inside the hotel.

  The hotel is very nice and the rooms were very modern and spacious. The staff was excellent, always smiling and willing to assist me with any need. I did not try the restaurant since I was always out but it seem to have a lot of action, so I would presume it was good. The location was key for me and it was excellent. Most of th - This was recommended by my cousin and boy was he right. Key positives include: very cordial staff, english speaking, the place is extremely clean and modern. Best of all it is very centrally located and there is no other hotel where the tube station exit is at its doorstep. The rooms were very quiet during the night. I would personally make sure i stay there whenever i go to BKK. For those who bank with Citi, well, there is a Citi branch right next door too. P.S. one of the days it was raining

  Staff were friendly and attentive, and room was spotlessly clean. Shower head was broken, but they sent someone up to fix it immediately. Pool and tanning area were a bit smaller than expected from the pictures, but it was totally adequate to take a dip to cool off. Had the pool to ourselves most of the time. Location was also very convenient.... what people say » Recommended. - Excellent location. Only 7 minutes walk to Asoke BTS and Terminal 21 mall. Decent cafe next door and a supermarket which is just 2 mins walk. Staff is friendly and helpful. Room is well equipped for basic cooking.
