Everything was of luxury standard from booking in to departure. We chose
the Horizon Club and appreciated the extra benefits it offered. This
includes a top 3 floor position and view of the river, and all day
snacks and non alcoholic and the happy hour each night. It is placed in
the luxury price bracket, but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Everything from start to finish was amazing! We arrived at the hotel and
was greeted by a very friendly male manager, who instantly upgraded us
to a honeymoon suite with the river view. The rooms where very clean and
spacious with all modern decor, and the comfiest bed ive ever slept in,

An excellent hotel. Couldn't be faulted. The staff were very friendly and couldn't do enough for you. We were upgraded to a suite on 32nd floor with excellent views, although the open balcony wouldn't be to everyone's taste. The restaurant was excellent value, and breakfast had every type of food you could possibly want. Peaceful riverside location, and easy to access city from dedicated boat, although a taxi is excellent value as well (Less than £2 to main train station). Lovely rooftop pool w
