The location of the hotel is simply fantastic, a mere 3 minutes walk and it's Bangla Road and 5 minutes to the beach. Beach towels are provided in the room and changed daily which is great. The location was brilliant and the was great value for money. Our room had a massive tv which was also a computer with webcam so we were able to Skype the family. Room was super clean and even when we didn't request our room to be cleaned they would leave fresh towels and water outside our room. Staff always friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed our five night stay here

location was not too bad. Yes there's construction ongoing along the
road to Jungceylon but if you dont wanna walk along the road you can
always take the hotel shuttle which operates 4 times daily. Room is cosy

The hotel was quite new and cleanliness was excellent. Friendly staffs whom nevers fails to greet me when they see me. Buffet breakfast was also nice. Free wifi provided. Shuttle to Patong beach made it convenient. Spacious rooms.

I loved the helpful and friendly attitude of the staff. The room was just perfect and the location was ideal, just a few minutes walk from the lovely beach. I enjoyed the lush surroundings and although we didn't use the pool, it was very clean and tempting. I'd stay here again! -

Good hotel with a great new equipment at the gym. Very nice staff, everyone smiling and helpful. Rooms cleaned daily with care. Nice pool and excellent breakfast area with a lot of variety to eat. Highly appreciated that they allowed us to check out in the afternoon for no extra cost. Within walking distance from the action, Patong nightlife etc.

We thought this hotel was excellent value for the amount we paid and the staff were excellent when we required any assistance. We are plus sixties and found the hotel was used for a lot of young tours but we did not find this a problem as all the young people were well behaved and interesting which was very refreshing . Would recommend. Also we found the food and drinks were reasonably priced.

The service was excellent and the Staff was extremely friendly and second to none. They were extremely kind and very helpful. Their English fluency is enough to hold a conversation with them. We were happy with the location as it was just across from Belle Spa, some restaurants nearby and especially Family Mart just around the corner. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the beach from the hotel.

Super location on the sea and amazing pool.
Chalong bay is a nice and quiet place to stay, with not too many tourists, and close to the port with boats going to Phi phi Islands.
Hotel super clean, the front beach bungalows were amazing and cheap.
Staff friendly, and and english Guy working there is very helpful and advised us all the tricks and places to go un the area.
Rental bikes just besides, very handy

location is superb - it is in the middle of all the happenings, yet it
has its own secluded compounds and is quiet in the midst of all the
busyness and noise around it. It is very convenient for us to just walk
a short distance to the Bangla Road or Patong Beach, and retreat to the
serenity of the hotel within minutes. The service of the hotel tour
