  Not the first time we have stayed at BYD Lofts and most definitely will not be the last. Rooms spacious, modern, clean and airy whilst at the same time, cannot hear a single noise from outside. Great sized balconies and all fixtures/fittings you would expect from a serviced apartment-type hotel experience.   We stayed in a twin-bed at the main wing. Each of the beds was big enough for a 10-year to share comfortably with a parent.   Our stay at the Chava was perfect from start to finish. We were picked up at the airport as promised with babyseat and on time. We were greeted by the manager which was a lovely touch. Our room had a baby cot as requested which was already set up. The room was perfect for our stay, the staff and surroundings were just great.   I loved evrything about the hotel! The breakfasts were great, the pool and staff were great. The rooms were nice and had good air conditioning. The location was great aswell as it was away from the hustle and bustle but they offered a free shuttle into town and home which was very helpful. Would highly reccomend this hotel for anyone from couples ... what people say » to families. - I loved the location,just on the edge of Patong,not quite in the hustle and bustle but close enough to be there in minutes...The room and facilities were extremely clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful...a very relaxed place and atmosphere....I will definitely stay there again...
