Very nice staff.Staff were amazing with kids. Very clean rooms. Window between bedroom-bathroom was good as you could watch kids bathing.Comfy Beds. Good pool chairs/loungers. I asked for fried rice&boiled eggs for breakfast and they did it for me.Hotel only 5 min walk to mall. -

Great budget hotel for short timers, this is the place to stay 3-5 days the room is not big enough for long stay but not ibis small for 1-2 days. Just right, enough to enjoy phuket activities and patong nightlight but not too long that you get bored and start to by groceries. The check-in was easy, staff is very friendly and nice to us. The reception is open 24 hours and they remember our faces so dropping keys on front desk is easy. The breakfast is nice, they even have baked beans, first place in Thailand with nice baked beans.
Booked only for 1 night but stayed on for 3 more they sell activity with special discount... we only checked for 2 more places but the hotel was the cheapest amongst them all.

Absolutely perfect! Staff very kind, always smiling, trying to speak English as much as they can, will help whenever you need them. Great little guesthouse. Cheap and is owned by a wonderful family, who was very helpful with everything. The room was clean, air-con worked perfectly and the bathroom was very nice. No noise coming in the rooms, as rooms have no windows :) it could be a negative fact for someone, but for us it's been a pleasure to relax in peace in Patong's crazy nightlife. You can have a good sleep, rooms are nice, location is a bit far from the beach, though only 15 minutes to walk. Great solution to stay if you plan only come there to sleep, and not to hang out all day in the room :)

This is a great stop over for anyone visiting Bangkok. I spent almost a week there and enjoyed the warmth and friendly services. Great location to the Public Transport/BTS Sky Trains. Hotel is very clean, Spacious rooms, Gorgeous Bathroom.
I recommend this highly to all looking for a very nice stop over in the city.
