  De Talak Hostel was a great place to stay at! It is a simple but nice and clean hostel, the room (we had the 4 bed family room w/ private bathroom) had one double bed and two single beds, a desk and two lockers (with separate keys). The staff was really great and helped us a lot during our stay. In the reception area they also have several lis - De Talak Hostel is a very Clean place, Staff is polite, Speak fluent English, Sheets are clean, Bathroom is in the room, Toilet paper, Shampoo and Shower Gel provided, Free tea, Coffee, Ice-cream in the kitchen, WiFi in the room. Free Internet Computers provided in the first floor. One of the cheapest hostels in town. Above all full credit goes to the owner lady. It takes only 5 minute to go to the Metro way on foot. Highly recommended to all individuals and groups.   It was basic and quite cheap and not too far from Ko Sahn road. I didnt want luxury, so it was quite perfect for what i needed. - verry samal size for duble bed and room and verry samely room i dont like it,

Great close location to china town, street markets, bars, restaurants, within 5 min cab ride to all the clubs and the city, amazing mechanical district and talat noi market place, 711 with cheap food and alcohol within 5 min walk to the hotel, great very helpful staff, a lift in the hotel, nice rooms with river view and an ab... what people say » solutely amazing view, vibe, restaurant and bar upstairs open from 7.30am till 11pm offering Thai and western cuisine :) - Fantastic view from the well priced eighth floor restaurant/bar. Easy access to Chinatown, Pathpong Rd and Bangkok City. Staff helpful in giving advice for tours and sightseeing. Saving us quite a lot of money instead of the organized expensive tours.

  Loved the staff, they were really helpful and they gave us all directions we wanted. The dorm was good and beds comfy. The lobby has a nice environment and you can get some food and drinks there. The bathrooms (and the rest of the hostel) are quite clean and you have everything you need there.   The hostel is quite new, very clean and got spacious rooms that are defenitely worth the money. The furniture and interior decoration are quite a looker. There is also a really nice and big roof terrace.The hostel is located in silom quarter next to the sky train and the ferry is about a ten minutes walk away. So if you want to stay a bit more quiet than Khaosan Road we can definitely recomment the hostel. - It was inspiring for the creative mind and much more fascinating than an average hotel room. Loved the decor and felt that it was such a chic hotel with very nice and clean rooms and facilities for the amount that is charged per night. Great value for money. Location wise - decent. Central enough but you do need to walk a fair bit to the bts station but Silom is close to Sukhumvit and other areas of interest. Would def stay here again when I visit Bangkok.

  I loved the design of the hostel - very modern, industrial, chic, and clean. I loved how friendly and accommodating the staff is! They were a huge help to us and even offer the guests free coffee, tea, and fruit! Everything was spotless - including the bathroom. Toilet paper is provided and the showers are hot! All in all it was an amazing bargain... what people say » and I'm already planning on staying there again! I loved my stay there! - it located near a lot of shopping malls~ it's excellent for shopping~

  Giant fan even though it made no difference. Staff very friendly. Shower and toilet always clean. Got given our own roll of toilet tissue so never had a problem with running out! Restaurant on ground floor.   Have come to Bangkok for a few times and Mile Map seems the best value for money. It just makes me feel at home! Enjoy cooking meals in the kitchen (vegetable market just opposite of the street). Wifi is stable and the two public computers work well. Highly recommended!! - 10 minutes walk to the nearest BTS Surasak station. There's only 2 minutes... what people say » walk and you can find 7 eleven, massage shop. Really easy to get taxi. Recommend to take taxi rather than tuk tuk in Bangkok. Staffs were helpful and friendly. Great value for money.

  It was very clean, tidy and the staff spoke good English. I was in Bangkok to do a bit of shopping and there were several malls along the Skytrain line which is very close. The nightlife in and around Sukhumvit Road is very good, especially at the weekend and caters for everyone. That's some street food around it,best for budget traveller. It was very quite at the night time not like the other hotel in the town is so noisy. Overall is very good. The Americano in the cafe next to the entrance was very nice.
