- We like best the facilities, especially our room, which was literally several steps from the infinity pool and the beach. - We like the breakfast options. - We like the location, as we know that the hotel/resort caters for relaxation and quiet. (Caution: this hotel is not for those who wants loudness and night life. If that's what you want, you have to go to Patong or nearby areas.). its location, internal facilities and design for honey moon and relaxation best describe as a peace of the the paradise with its beach side view, where you can eat your breakfast in the beach with a marvelous view of the hotel pool, beach, and the in front island view, the shuttle bus to the phuket city and the patong beach , free rafting and bicycling,.

The suite as well as the double rooms were comfortable and well-proportioned. The pool is inviting and remains open till late which enabled us to have a swim after coming back from a day of sightseeing. We stayed at Serenity Resort & Residences for a long week-end and everything has been fine from check-in to check-out. Breakfast was good, lunch & dinner as well. Service was very good, efficient and akways with a smile. Our room was big and very well equipped. We have not tested the spa or the gym but they both looked fine. The professionalism of the reception staff, the restaurant staffs willingness to be accommodating, the location, the small touches of perfection, eg. Providing sunblock at the pool, access to kayaks and bicycles with no charge. Service excellence. Spa experience-excellent and therapists were knowledgable and experienced. - Fantastisk service. - Underbar middag+frukost. - Blev uppgraderade till en suverän suite utan att betala extra. - 7-Eleven tvärs över gatan. - Härlig miljö, känsla av lyx. - Väldigt nära till Chalong Pier. The food both international and Thai were really good and a fair price. More expensive than outside, but fair. As we were in the apartment we even had the chance to cook something... we had the chance to see Ann and her band twice and they were simply amazing! The Thai music/dance the last day was also nice. As well as the buffet :)They have free shuttle to a nice beach and also to Patong. It is really nice for families although the kids. Good wifi. Big apartments. Beautiful views. Quiet location. Supermarket, motorbike rent and laundry opposite the resort. Breakfast was ok. Reception staff very polite (but this has to be normal for a 5 star, no?) breakfast staff also very good. Free shuttle once a day to Naiharn Beach, Patong and Phuket Central Festival (shopping center not Phuket town) if you don't rent a motorbike or car. We recommend a bike rent, you can easily go to Naiharn beach(gorgeous) and Kata beach in 10- 15 min. We g. It is just amazing. Nice hotel. - Although understandable as it is rated as 5 stars, people will be surprised with the prices of food in the restaurant. However, for the budget traveller, there's a 7-11 store just opposite the road. (We bought our wine there.) - The beach is not really usable for swimming, and guests need to travel for about 10 minutes to get to the nearest public beach. The hotel, however, provides shuttle vans to bring and fetch hotel guests to/from the beach. location is away from patong beach and the phuket city for shopping but they provide free bus shuttle to both destination, the beach water looks green and little turbid all the time for swiming. The taxi mafia outside the gates of the hotel and the cost factor to go anywhere by taxi. The restaurant's menu was overpriced and unapppealing although the food was good. They need to increase their variety on offer and decrease the prices. Instead of eating at the hotel we went out everyday for meals. Beach is on the small side but as the swimming pool is great, it does not mather much. Housecleaning could be more thorough, rather than just a cursory, superficial clean. Over priced and mediocre food as well as limited choices. - Ingen bad och solvänlig strand, sunkigt område. Dock en helt okej pool. not so good breakfast. It's a little far away from good dining and you have to take a 10 min ride to get to a useable beach. Not a fan of the "beach". Nice to look at, but definitely not for swimming, etc. Beach and sea is not good for swimming. But there is free shuttle to another beach. The location is not perfect as the beach is not good to swim, but we knew that beforehand. I think this is the only not so good aspect. Very,very poor cleaning for a 5 star resort. We have put towels down to be changed and the cleaning staff put them back for use, didn't change them, not a 5 star attitude! You don't get new pairs of slippers a should be when you arrive, they are washed and put back for use..ours were also smelly, again ..not 5 star. Beach not for swimming. Slow check in, they had a hard time finding our reservation. Overall good experience, they really need to improve cleaning. The biggest and worst thing is (((THE MOSQUITOES))) even though they have provided Mosquito repellent machine and Mosquitoes body spray. It will take you at least 30 mins, to get to the Patong beach. To far from the center.
