How to get Sawasdee Pattaya Mansion:
Ordinary and A/C buses depart every 30 minutes 6:30-21:00 PM from Bangkok's Eastern Bus Terminal on Sukumvit Road Soi 63 and from the Northern Bus Terminal. Buses take 2 hours to reach Pattaya city, then hire a minibus to Sawasdee Pattaya Mansion.

Cancellation Policy	If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy	All children are welcome. All children under 8 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All older children or adults are charged THB 300 per night per person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1. There is no capacity for cots in the room.
Deposit Policy	100 percent of the first night will be charged at least 2 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable.
VAT and city/tourist taxes	7 % VAT is included. 10 % service charge per room per night is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable.
Internet	Wi-fi is available in public areas and costs THB 100 per hour.
